1. common part

1.1. The working draft of a system of the okhrannopozharny alarm system and warning system of people at the fire is developed for shop of LLC BogemiyaLyuksPosuda to the address: Moscow, Kutuzovsky Avenue, 5/3.

1.2. The working project was developed by the organization of PKO LLC IK Energogarant in Kstovo, which has a license to perform this type of work and is a member of SRO.

1.3. The initial data for the design were the drawings of the construction part of the project issued by the customer.

1.4. The working design is developed in accordance with the requirements of :

Construction Norms and Regulations 110195 "The instruction about an order of development, coordination, a statement and structure of the project documentation on construction of the enterprises, buildings and constructions";

1.4. Design decisions, equipment and materials corresponding to the latest achievements of Russian science and technology were made during the design.

1.5. Installation of fire extinguishing and fire alarm units shall be carried out in accordance with VSN 2509.67-85 "Rules for the production and acceptance of works. Automatic Fire Extinguishing Units "and RD 78.14593" Guidance Document. Systems and complexes of security, fire and fire alarm. Rules for production and acceptance of works. "

1.6. The project used equipment that is mass-produced and has certificates of conformity in the GOST R Certification and Fire Safety System of the Russian Federation.

2. brief description of the object

2.1. Type of construction - reconstruction.

2.2. The store occupies the first and basement floors of the building.

2.3. Automatic fire alarm system shall be protected by:

- all rooms except toilets.

2.4. Protected rooms have the following characteristics:

- heated;

- store premises are not classified;

- air flow rate is not more than 1 m/s.

3. main design solutions

3.1. Automatic fire alarm installation.

3.1.1. Fire alarm is an integral part of the complex of engineering and technical systems for fire protection of the facility and serves for timely detection of the fire, transmission of information about the fire to the centralized observation panel of the security enterprise and for control of the warning system.

3.1.2. The design provides for fire detection using fire alarm equipment and transfer of fire information to the control and receiving device in the warehouse room located on the basement.

3.1.3. The fire alarm system is based on the VERSPK4 instrument of Russian manufacture, which has a certificate of conformity and a certificate of fire safety.

3.1.4. All rooms and corridors of the store are equipped with automatic fire alarm, with the exception of rooms with wet processes - bathrooms.

3.1.5. Smoke detectors of "IP 2123SU" type are installed in the above rooms. Automatic fire detectors are installed on the floors of protected rooms. Manual fire detectors of the "IPR3SU" type are installed on the escape routes. The alarm signal for visual detection of a fire is transmitted by pressing the detector.

3.1.6. The choice of fire detectors of the specified type is justified by the most complete correspondence of their parameters to the characteristics of the protected premises. 3.1.7. The fire alarm system generates a command pulse to start the fire warning system.

3.1.8. This project provides wireless communication with the central city security console. For these purposes, the project generated a fire signal through the MG6160 security device.

3.1.9. Wiring is made by non-spreading cable laid in installation boxes.

3.1.10. According to PUE, fire alarm installations in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of the 1st category, therefore, the power supply of the plant is carried out from two independent sources. Reserve food is provided from battery 12B, 4.5ach installed in the case "VERSPK4".

3.1.11. Detailed information on the operation of the control instrument and fire detectors is given in their technical descriptions. 3. 1.12. To ensure the safety of people, elements of electrical equipment of the automatic fire alarm installation must meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it, due to failure of insulation, are subject to grounding (earthing). The potentials must be balanced. Protective grounding (grounding) must be performed in accordance with the "Electrical Installations Design Rules" (PUE, Edition 7, Chapter 1.7), SNiP 3.05.0685 "Electrical Devices," the requirements of GOST 12.1.03081 and technical documentation of manufacturers of components. The resistance of the grounding device shall be not more than 4 ohms and shall be provided by the customer.

3.2. Fire warning system for people.

3.3.1. All rooms with permanent or temporary stay of people shall be equipped with fire warning system.

3.3.2. The fire evacuation warning and control system is one of the components of the complex of technical means and organizational measures that ensure the safety of people in case of fire or other emergency.

3.3.3. The fire warning system is designed to inform people about the fire and control their evacuation to a safe area.

3.3.4. In accordance with SP 3.13130.2009 the warning system of the second type is designed. EMSS of this type provides audible warning of people and actuation of "Exit" annunciators.

3.3.5. The power and number of audible annunciators is selected based on the requirements to provide a sound level exceeding the level of constant noise by 15 dBA, but not more than 120 dBA at any point in the protected premises.

3.3. Security alarm system

3.3.1 The design provides for a set of security alarm equipment, which involves the equipment of all store rooms where windows are located.

This project provides for a set of joint technical means for detecting penetration into a protected facility, collecting, processing and transmitting information to a receiving and control device located in the warehouse premises.

3.3.2. The security alarm system is based on the Magellan multifunctional wireless security system, which includes the MG6160 control panel, the K32WK keyboard, and the Contact GSM5RT1 telephone line emulator. The system allows the transmission of notifications via the GSMradio channel and the dedicated telephone line.

3.3.3. To prevent criminal encroachment, a security alarm system is provided at the protected facility in two lines of protection.

3.3.4. The first border of the security alarm blocks the entrance doors for opening by the wireless door contact "PMD1P."

3.3.5. The second border of the security alarm protects the volume of premises for penetration using wireless IR motion detectors DCT10.

3.3.6. All security detectors are connected to separate areas of the control and reception panel.

4. Occupational Safety

4.1. Compliance with safety precautions is a prerequisite for safe operation during construction, installation and operation of fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems.

Violation of safety rules can lead to accidents.

4.2. At installation, installation, maintenance and operation of installations, "Service regulations of electroinstallations of consumers", "User Safety Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment" of PO TRM0162001, RD 15334.0-03.15000 "Interindustry rules on labor protection (safety rule) at operation of electroinstallations" have to be carried out.

4.3. The installation of the plant should be guided by the requirements of chapter SNiP III48, including the requirements set out in the sections:

- electrical installation works;

- electric welding and gas-flame works;

- Loading and unloading works;

- operation of technological equipment and tools;

- installation works;

- equipment test.

4.4. When performing electrical installation works, it is also necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685 and PUE.

When working with the construction and installation pistol PC 521, it is necessary to comply with the requirements "Instructions for the use of powder tools in the production of installation, special and construction works" VSN 41080.

When working with the power tool, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of GOST 12.2.00775.

During operation of fire extinguishing and fire alarm units it is necessary to follow the operating instructions, technical descriptions and certificates of the equipment included in the unit; RD 25.96490 "System for maintenance and repair of automatic fire extinguishing, smoke removal, security, fire and fire alarm units.
