Project Description

1.1 This project is developed on the basis of the Customer's assignment in accordance with PUE requirements (ed. 6 and 7), SP 311102003 and GOST R5057194 and applies to electric lighting and power equipment of the Perekrestok station wagon at the address: Moscow, st. Shabolovka, 10.

1.2 Power supply of the station wagon is carried out from BRU. The supply voltage of the three-phase 380V network at a dead-grounded neutral. Consumers of electricity are: CCM, process equipment, trading equipment, electric lighting, etc., electrical appliances connected to sockets.

1.3 Total installed capacity of electrical receivers of the building is:

2.1. Three-wire network for single-phase electric receivers and five-wire network for three-phase electric receivers are used.

2.2. Electric receivers of the station wagon receive electricity from the introductory distribution panels No. 1 and No. 2. Design cable sections and rated currents of protection and switching devices are selected based on the installed power and operation modes of PUE electric receivers 1.3.10 .

2.3. For the socket network, dedicated single-phase three-wire electric groups with a dead-grounded neutral voltage of 220 V, 50 Hz are provided, performed by a NYM 3x2.5 cable and protected by protective disconnection devices. Cables shall be laid behind the set ceiling, behind gypsum-board partitions in PVC pipe, in electrical boxes to workplaces.

2.4. For electric lighting of the trading room, dedicated three-phase five-wire electric groups with a dead-grounded neutral voltage of 380V, 50Hz are provided, made by a cable of the NYM 5x2.5 brand. Connect the lamps with phase alternation. Cable shall be laid by electrical trays, and after unpacking boxes, in lamps. Cable channels, Pndtruby, PVC pipes have to have the certificate of fire safety according to NBP24697.

The working documentation of the EOM brand is developed in accordance with the requirements of norms, rules, instructions and state standards, including on explosive, explosion and fire safety, which, subject to the measures provided by the project, as well as operating rules, ensures safe operation of the premises.

2.5. To protect against electric shock during operation of electric networks and electric receivers, all conducting non-current-carrying parts of electric installations are occupied by connecting a zero protective conductor to the housing. For domestic consumers, differential machines with a nominal actuation current of up to 30 mA are installed.

Electricity metering

3.1 Electric power is taken into account in BRU. Accounting is technical. Match the type and tag of the counter with the network owner.

Installation Instructions

4.1 To execute installation of group network according to the schematic electric circuit and plans of an electrical wiring with observance of requirements of PUE and SNiPIII33.

4.2 Lay group lines of lighting network with cable NYM 3x1.5 and NYM 5x2.5 in trays. Perform the drops in the PND pipe. NYM 3x2.5 and NYM 5x2.5 socket network group lines in trays. Perform the drops in the PND pipe.. Install terminal blocks for their connection in the places where the lamps are installed. Ventilation equipment shall be connected according to the supplied documentation. Install lighting switches on the door handle side at the height of 1.5 m from the floor level. Color colour of insulation of wiring strands according to item 2.1.31 of PUE :

zero operating - blue;

zero protective - green-yellow;

linear - red, black, white

4.3 Install soldering boxes at the level of 2.8 m from the floor level. Brazed boxes installed behind the sheeting ceiling shall have a degree of protection not lower than IP54. Descents to sockets, general lighting luminaires, switches shall be performed by NYM cable in PND pipe .
