Description

Working project in VSD format
Power supply of shop is executed from the existing TP 6/0.4kB the 2х400 kVA No. 20-GZ.
Connect the object on the existing VL-0.4kV support No. 8 with A-16 wire with installation of 2 additional P-0.4B supports. The height of the wire suspension above the roadway is at least 6 meters, above the overpass - 3.5 meters. Enter with AVVG cable through the wall in the insulation pipe. The distance from the lead cable to the ground shall be at least 2.75 m.
At the input, install the board at a height of 1.5 m. The shield is a metal rigid structure of a protected design, the doors of the shield must have locking devices. Protection devices and metering device are installed in the board. The input protection device must be sealed.
Internal lighting and socket networks must be made by IWG cable or IR wire, hidden in plaster layer. The networks should be made three-wire (zero, phase and protective conductors).
Three-phase equipment shall be connected by flexible cable of KG through three-pole sockets with grounding contact.
Start-up equipment is included in the equipment package and is not provided for by this design.
Electrical installation works shall be performed in accordance with PUE by the electrical installation organization licensed.

Electrical solutions

1.2.1 Power supply of shop is executed from the existing TP 6/0.4kB the 2х400 kVA No. 20GZ.

1.2.2 To execute connection of an object on the existing VL0.4kV support No. 8 A16 wire with installation of 2 additional P0.4B support. The height of the wire suspension above the roadway is at least 6 meters, above the overpass - 3.5 meters. Enter with AVVG cable through the wall in the insulation pipe. 1.2.3 Install the board at the inlet at altitude of 1.5 m. The shield is a metal rigid structure of a protected design, the doors of the shield must have locking devices. Protection devices and metering device are installed in the board. The input protection device must be sealed.

1.2.4 Make internal lighting and socket networks by IWG cable or IR wire, hidden in plaster layer. The networks should be made three-wire (zero, phase and protective conductors).

1.2.5 Connect three-phase equipment by flexible cable of KG through three-pole sockets with grounding contact.

1.2.6 Start-up equipment is included in the set of equipment and this design is not provided.

1.2.7 Perform electrical installation works in accordance with PUE by the electrical installation organization licensed .

Protective measures

1.3.1 The housing of the lead-in panel, sockets, metal parts of the wiring and lighting fixtures, electrical equipment shall be grounded and busy. The grounding circuit is provided for grounding. The grounding circuit is made of ground-clogged electrodes (angular steel 50x50x5 2.5 m long). The number of vertical electrodes clogged into the ground is determined by calculation and specified and specified by the results of measurements. The grounding conductor shall be circular steel 6 mm, a steel bus or a free conductor of the wiring cable.

1.3.2 Make sure that the earth is connected before starting operations. All connections shall be made by welding or grounding bolts.

1.3.3 Perform repeated grounding of zero wire on the lead-in support of 0.4kV HV.

1.3.4 Taking into account the Decision "Glavgosenergonadzor" and putting into effect the standards GOST 50571.894, GOST 5066994, the design provides for the installation of a protective shutdown device (RCD). RCD is designed to ensure electrical safety of people and protection against fire during operation of electrical installations. ASTROUSO of F2212 type (25A, 380V, 30mA) is selected as the protective disconnection device. During installation of RCD, pay attention to:

- connection of the zero working conductor (the zero working conductor has to be obligatory in the OUZO chain)

- connection of the zero protective conductor (the zero protective conductor has to be connected to OUZO).
