This project was carried out on the basis of technical specifications No. 18 of 28.03.2008 issued by the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Pikalevskaya Gorset" for power supply to the store located at the address: Leningrad Region, Boksitogorsky District, Pikalevo, st. School, d. No. 36, master plan for the location of the store on the land plot and tasks for design. Design solutions have been developed for the II district according to climatic data.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electric receivers of working and outdoor lighting networks belong to category II.
Power supply.
The main power supply source is TP3, 6/0.4 kV (transformer T320 kVA).
Standby power supply source - TP14, 6/0.4 kV (transformer T320 kVA).
Connection point from the main power source: support No. 4 VL 0.4 kV "II Theater Lane" from TP3, 6/0.4 kV (output cable from TP AVVG 4x70, length 25 m; 4xA wire 35, 120 m long; fuses PN250/40).
The existing connection point from a reserve source of power supply: TP14, 6/0.4 kV (an exit cable with TP AVVG 3х16+1х10 in a trench, length is 140 m).
The store power supply is provided according to the existing and newly designed (according to items 10.1 and 10.2 of the specification) cables and wires:
From the main power supply source:
- output cable from TP3 6/0.4 kV AVVG 4x70, length 25 m;
- the wire HOARSED 2A 3х50+1х75 from support No. 1 to a connection point - support No. 4, length of 120 m).
- the wire HOARSED 2A 3х50+1х75 from support No. 4 to again projected support
No. 5 (replacement of existing VL supports 0.4 kV Street lighting), length 25 m.).
- the wire HOARSED 2A 3х50+1х75 from support No. 5 on the building wall to again projected support No. 6 (replacement of the existing VL support of 0.4 kV Street lighting), length of 42 m).
- PIS 2A 3x50 + 1x75 wire from support No. 6 through the existing support No. 7 to the newly designed support No. 8 (for the transition of the VLI through Shkolnaya St.), length 47 m).
- the wire HOARSED 2A 4х25 from support No. PO 3 to I LIE, length of 25 m).
From standby power supply source:
- the existing exit cable with TP14 AVVG 3kh16+1kh10v to I LIE to a trench, length of 140 m.
The section of the supply wires is selected based on the calculation of electrical loads.
Load calculation is performed in accordance with SP 311102003.
The maximum voltage loss from TP No. 3 to the most distant consumer is 4.15%, from TP No. 142.38%
4. Electrical equipment and lighting.
For electric power reception and metering in the loading room there is a switchboard. On input and on the departing groups in boards SR, ShchO1, ShchO2 automatic switches and differential automatic machines are installed. Group networks - lighting, socket groups, electric heating, are made by IWGng grade cable in 3 and 5 conductor versions, open in digitized pipes and cable channels. Luminescent lamps with degree of protection IP20 are installed in the store premises. Street lighting luminaires have a degree of protection IP54.
General working lighting is provided.
Socket sockets and switches in the rooms are installed with the degree of protection IP20.
The lighting of the premises is adopted in accordance with SNiP 23.0595 and SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.127803.
The height of the installation from the floor level is accepted:
- BRU shield, SCH - 1.8 m to the top of the shield;
- sockets and switches - up to 1.0 m.
Protective grounding.
Protection grounding is used to protect against electric shock in case of damage to insulation of electrical equipment and electrical networks. According to GOST R 50571.295, the grounding system is accepted by TNCS. The total resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 30 ohms .
To protect against electric shock in normal mode, as well as in case of insulation damage, the design provides for the following measures
protection against direct touching and indirect touching:
- automatic protective power supply shutdown;
- use of diphyrinical machines;
- use of wiring in double insulation;
- protective grounding and connection of open conducting parts (shield housings, electric receivers, lighting fixtures, etc.);
Erection of RPU is required, to which it is necessary to connect:
- PEN conductor of the supply cable;
- PE conductors of group lines;
- artificial grounding conductor;
- potential equalization system;
Use the PE bus of the BRU board as the main grounding bus.
For the device of the potential equalization system, it is necessary to connect all open and third-party conductive parts available for simultaneous touch:
- metal housings of electric receivers.
- heating and water supply system pipelines.
- steel structures of the building;
- refrigeration compartments;
- ventilation system air ducts.
It is necessary to ensure the continuity of the protective grounding circuit.
Accounting of electricity consumption (see project 0711/1/2008EC).
Commercial accounting of power consumption is carried out by TRIO 1 A 4 DE G002 380/220 5 (50) A type active energy meter, accuracy class 1.0. The counter is installed in the BRU board in the loading room .
The installed calculation counter must have seals with the state-monitor stamp on the screws fixing the meter casing, and on the clamping cover - the seal of the power supply organization (after acceptance of the metering system).
On the newly installed three-phase counter there should be seals of state verification with a age of not more than 12 months.
To allow safe replacement of the electric meter, the QF01 circuit breaker is installed in the BRU, during installation, it is possible to seal the QF01 circuit breaker with the power supply organization.
Protection of electrical circuits and electrical equipment.
The design provides protection of electrical circuits and electrical equipment from short circuits, overloads.
Protection against short circuits and overloads is provided with the automatic switches installed in boards VRU, ShchO1, ShchO2, differential automatic machines.
To protect electrical equipment and electrical networks from overvoltage, re-ground the zero wire Rzaz = 30. The conductor PEN shall be separated in the BRU by a copper conductor of 10 mm2. Isolate the zero operating conductor N and bus N from the BRU housing.
Calculations of short-circuit currents are made up to the end of all group lines, taking into account protection areas of protection devices and conditions of their actuation for the time specified in chap. 1.7. PUE. The calculation data is summarized in a table. (Sheets 1.121.13 General data).
Overvoltage protection.
Protection of electrical equipment and electrical networks from overvoltage is provided for:
- repeated grounding of a zero wire of VLI0.4 of kV in compliance with PUE;
- connection of RPG to grounding device;
- installation of pulse overvoltage limiters in the switchboard.
Organization of construction.
The following measures shall be performed at the site prior to commencement of works:
a) approved and approved work documentation has been received,
b) agreed delivery schedules for equipment, products and materials, taking into account the technological sequence of work;
c) the necessary premises have been adopted for the placement of workers, engineering and technical workers, as well as for the storage of materials and tools with the provision of measures for HSE, fire safety and environmental protection in accordance with SNiP 3.01.0185;
d) work execution project was developed, engineering and foremen were familiarized with detailed documentation and estimates, organizational and technical solutions of the work execution project;
e) the measures for labor protection, fire safety and environmental protection in the course of works stipulated by the norms and rules.
When the equipment is accepted for installation, it is inspected, checked for completeness (without disassembly), checked for availability and validity of guarantees of manufacturers.
The condition of the cables and wires on the drums shall be checked in the presence of the customer by external inspection. The results of the inspection are drawn up by the act.
Electrical equipment, products and materials accepted for installation should be stored in accordance with the requirements of state standards or technical specifications.
After electrical installation works, the contractor is obliged to perform sealing of holes, furrows, niches and sockets.
Installation of electrical installations, wiring, grounding device.
Installation of electrical installations, wiring, grounding shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 50571.1597, SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE, SP 311102003, "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations of consumers."
Installation of electrical installations, electrical wiring, grounding shall be performed by a contractor with the right to perform electrical installation work for the installation of electrical equipment up to 1 kV inclusive.
When performing works, the requirements of SNiP 120399 "Labor Safety in Construction," POTRM0162001 shall be complied with.
Intermediate acceptance with preparation of concealed works certificates is subject to laying of grounding conductors in the ground, installation of hidden wiring and cables (in pipes).
Organization of operation of electrical installations.
The preliminary border of balance accessory and operational responsibility are established on a connection point: the VL support No. 4 of 0.4 kV "II Teatralny Lane" from TP3, 6/0.4 kV and TP14, 6/0.4 kV (a cable of reserve food, an exit with TP AVVG 3х16+1х10).
(backup power supply)
After all electrical installation works, operation again
mounted electrical installation can be carried out according to two versions:
- all newly installed equipment is in operation of the Customer;
- electrical installation is transferred under contract to operational maintenance of the organization with trained electrical personnel.
Failed fluorescent lamps shall be stored in a special room. To destroy and deactivate fluorescent lamps, an agreement must be concluded with a specialized organization.
