General provisions
The project of the security alarm system (OS) at the facility: Universam "Neighbors" store building with trading and storage facilities, Borisov, ul.Dneprovskaya 21 A was developed by Safety and Protection LLC on the basis of :
- Contract No. ________________;
- Licenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus No. 02010/0331179 until April 13, 2012;
- terms of reference b/n
The initial design data was the construction drawings of the facility premises provided by the Customer.
The project documentation and technical solutions adopted in this project meet the requirements of the following guidelines and regulatory documents:

The security alarm system (hereinafter - LSS) provides control of rooms with transmission of information on change of condition of alarm loops to the acceptance control device (hereinafter - PKP).
PKP are installed in the premises of material persons.
The technical solutions adopted in this project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures stipulated by the project.
Description and characteristics of the object
The object of the store building with trading and storage rooms is a separate one-story building with a basement at Borisov, ul. Dniprovskaya 21 A. The walls of the object along the perimeter are capital. The object has five exits to the facade on the ground floor and one exit from the basement of the building. On the ground floor on the facade there are twenty-five window openings .
The walls, floor and ceiling in the building are capital .
The object is telephoned and electrified.
Basic System Technical Solutions
General principle of system construction.
Selection of equipment of the security alarm system is made on the basis of analysis of structural and construction characteristics and assignment of premises taking into account the requirements of the technical specification, regulatory and guidance documents, tactical and technical characteristics and cost of equipment. The project provides for the use of technical means, equipment, parts and assemblies included in the "List of technical means of security alarm allowed for use at facilities protected by units of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus or subject to transfer under protection" and having certificates of conformity.
Given the technical strengthening of the facility, the nature of the valuables in it, the location in the building and the distance from the security posts, the facility is blocked by a medium-level security alarm system. These levels of protection suggest the presence of a multi-bay security alarm system .
Devices A606, A16-512 are selected as PPKO.
LSS is based on PPKO A606, A16-512 and consists of the following components:

Power supply unit of IRPA 124;
Contact access device for reading of external KTMN keys;
INS505, IO-102-14 magnetic contact detector (for blocking of windows and doors);
Security passive volumetric infrared INS - 103 (for volume blocking);
Passive surface infrared detector INS 106 (for blocking of windows and doors);
Security acoustic detector for monitoring the destruction of glazed structures INS 206 (for blocking windows);
Detector combined Matrix;
Microsonic ultrasonic detector;
ZOS1M light-and-sound annunciator.
The alarm of the cash desk is divided into two zones:
The system status is monitored by the instrument itself.
The alarm system (set/clear, clear alarm, etc.) is controlled by reading the DS1990A electronic keys through the MTCH access device.
Backup power supply is provided from 18 A * h storage batteries installed in the SCP housing and 26A * h storage battery installed in the IRPA housing 124. The SCP and power supply units provide automatic charging and monitoring of the ACS condition. Calculation of the capacity of the batteries installed in the PCB housing and power supply units is given in Section 5.
Tamper contacts of detectors shall be connected to tamper contacts of devices.
Installation of equipment and wiring
All equipment is installed in protected rooms on a stable and strong surface of the wall or ceiling according to the COC network wiring plan. For installation and connection of cables refer to working drawings and procedures. description of the equipment used. Control equipment shall be installed on non-combustible material structures.
Store alarm devices must be powered from the lighting panel through a separate circuit breaker and installed on the wall of the material responsible room in the place indicated on the drawing, device access devices must be installed at the front door to the reception room on the street .
Power the alarm detectors from the power supply unit. Alarm detectors shall be installed in the places specified in the drawing according to RD 28/3.0072001 * taking into account the location of utility networks, furniture and other cluttering items, as well as certificates for each device. Attach boxes and detectors with screws (at least two). Install LSS equipment and wiring at a distance of not less than 0.5 m from existing electrical lighting devices and power lines.
Low-current lines of ATP are made with KSPV 2x0,4, KSPV 4x0,4, KSPV 6x0,4,
KSPV 8x0.4.
Access devices are installed at a height of 11.5 m from the floor level.
The linear part of LSS is wired along the walls and ceiling with laying of wires and cables in the ducts and is open.
ZOS1M light annunciator is installed at the entrance to the magazine. A resistor is installed inside the annunciator housing according to the connection scheme.
Organization and execution of construction and installation works
CIW shall be carried out on the basis of contract agreement with Owner.
CIW shall be carried out in accordance with the design documentation.
Industrial installation methods and progressive technology are used in the work.
