Plot Planning Scheme

The construction of the gym is provided for on the lands of the village of Novy Kostek on the basis of the Decree "188" of 17.07.2009 "On the formation of a land plot, for subsequent provision on the right of permanent indefinite use for the construction of a sports hall with an area of ​ ​ 1.5 hectares, dimensions 100x150m .

Parcel boundaries are defined as:

from the north - an individual housing estate (new building);

from the east - the Khasavyurt Kostek highway;

from the south - a mill complex;

from the west - from the land.

The relief of the site is calm and has a slope in the southeast direction up to 0.008%.

In sanitary and hygienic terms, the site is suitable for construction.

The master plan provides for the main entry into the territory of the facility from the KhasavyurtKostek highway. As access roads, the existing road with asphalt gravel-crushed stone pavement to the mill complex is used. The facility fencing is provided for concrete blocks. The area of the object is covered by paving tiles and fine asphalt and has an organized drainage.

The vertical layout of the territory provides for the removal of surface water. Planning marks are assigned on the basis of conditions of maximum preservation of natural relief, drainage of surface waters at the rate excluding soil erosion, maximum volume of earthworks. Surface drainage at the site, discharge of water from the site to a reduced part of the area.

The location of buildings and structures on the site is made taking into account the existing terrain, the requirements for rational placement of networks, the architectural composition of the designed building, as well as taking into account the functional process taking place in the designed building. The following buildings and structures are located on the site: the main building of the sports hall, the boiler room building, KTP, the yard toilet for 2 points. On the side of the Khasavyurt Kostek highway, between the fence and the building there is a green shield of perennial spaces that serves as a barrier against dust, sound, and solar impacts. Green spaces are perennial plants and shrubs living in climatic conditions of the region without special care and shelter for transplantation in winter, as well as deciduous and coniferous trees.

On the site, the building is located as follows: the facade having the main entrance is assigned to the east. The facade with a blind wall faces west, where cold winds prevail.

Fire measures to plan the territory of the facility provide for the opportunity to limit the spread of fire in the event of a fire and provide the necessary conditions for its rapid elimination. Which are achieved by observing the necessary gaps between buildings and unhindered access of fire engines.

Architectural Solutions

The gym building is a rectangle with dimensions along the axes 41.38x23.38m and is designed in one volume. The entrances to the building are located on both sides .

Facades finishing is provided with yellow facing brick for painting. Finish the basement with plaster under the "fur coat." The roof is made with green metal sheets.

Decoration of the walls in the room should be provided with adhesive painting, and in the bathrooms - ceramic tiles. In the gym and training room, paint the panel with oil paint on a 1.7m high-rise. The ceiling finish is glued, and lime whitewash in the bathrooms. In the gym room - a suspended ceiling of aluminum perforated panels with insulation (polystyrene foam) 100mm thick.

The space-planning decision of the building was made in accordance with the design task and its functional purpose. The rooms are arranged in such a way as to minimize the length of routes in process dependence. Part of the premises provides for the installation of additional partitions. All rooms are preferably rectangular in shape.

Temperature-humidity mode in rooms corresponds to normal internal temperature t = + 18 humidity 60%. The presence of an aggressive environment is not foreseen by processes occurring in this building.

All rooms are illuminated by natural light in accordance with SNiP requirements, the ratio of window area to floor area is accepted for the main volume of the building 1/4 - 1/6. The top of the windows is as close to the ceiling as possible, which provides better lighting in the depths of the room. The doors along the escape route open in the direction of the path. External doors are made without locks.

Design Solutions

Structurally, the gym building is a monolithic railway/concrete frame with brick filling.

Monolithic reinforced concrete foundations of glass type are provided for the main columns. Foundations for walls - ribbon, monolithic.

The depth of foundation laying is accepted 0.9 m from the ground planning surface. Foundations are made of monolithic concrete along the top of which there is a continuous antiseismic railway/concrete belt.

The columns are provided with cast-in-situ railway/concrete sections 400x560. Horizontal reinforcement of walls with vertical pitch of 500 mm is provided at the places of walls adjoining the columns.

Metal rafters are used as bearing structures of floor. Rafter trusses are attached to the columns by welding to embedded parts provided in the railway/concrete antiseismic belt. To increase stability of rafters in longitudinal direction, system of vertical and horizontal connections is provided.

The walls are designed from bricks with a thickness of 560mm, including clay brick 380mm, a layer of insulation (polystyrene foam) with a thickness of 60mm and facing brick - 120mm.

Lintels - cast-in-situ railway/concrete;

Floors - planks in the gym and in the corridors, ceramic in the bathrooms;

Ceilings - suspended ceiling along the lower belts of rafter metal trusses.

Insulation - foam polystyrene.

Roofing - a steel shingle along a plank flooring along a wooden shingle.

Doors - individual made, metal;

Windows - individual made, plastic;

Organization of construction

6.1. General part

1. The starting materials for the development of PIC were:

- main set of working drawings,

- estimate documentation

The adopted integrated mechanization of construction and installation works using mechanisms in 2 shifts and using small mechanization tools that ensure the construction of the building in the optimal time.

Supply of the object under construction with construction parts, semi-finished products and carpentry products is provided from enterprises and warehouses of the general contractor with centralized delivery of vehicles.

2. Characteristics of construction conditions and organizational and preparatory measures.

The designed object is located in the village. New Kostek of the Khasavyurt district near the Khasavyurt Kostek highway. For the period of construction, engineering support is carried out by supplying temporary utility networks with maximum use of designed permanent networks. Water supply from existing water supply system. Power supply from existing line. Provision of heat for building heating during finishing works during construction in winter conditions from heat supply networks. Provision of compressed air - mobile compressor units, oxygen - by delivery of oxygen in cylinders.

The following preparatory measures shall be performed at the construction site prior to the commencement of the main construction and construction works:

Cutting of the vegetal layer of soil with preservation for landscaping.

Creating a geodetic basis for construction.

Performance of earthworks and planning works, with priority works on removal of surface water from the site.

Arrangement of temporary roads in accordance with the general plan with maximum use of existing and designed roads.

Installation of temporary buildings and structures, arrangement of temporary utility networks.

Arrangement of storage areas, arrangement of canopies for storage of equipment and materials.

Geodetic basis on the construction site.

Prior to commencement of CIW production at the construction site, a set of works shall be performed to create a geodetic layout in accordance with SNiP.

The planned basis is created by the construction network polygonometry method.

The height base is created by geometric leveling. Location of permanent geodetic signs shall be determined taking into account:

- location of installation cranes;

- location of storage sites;

- placement of temporary buildings and structures;

- existing and designed underground communications;

- their non-accommodability during construction and construction works production;

- their preservation until the end of construction.

The types of signs specified in the instruction shall be used to secure the points of the geodetic baseline. "Center of geodetic points for the territories of cities, towns and industrial areas," specifying in the design the depth of laying, the design of fixing the axes, as well as observing the following requirements:

Permanent signs used as reference marks in the compilation and development of the geodetic baseline should be protected by secure barriers;

ground signs should be laid outside the zone of influence of conditions adverse to the stability and preservation of the signs. Wall signs should be embedded in capital structures.

types and techniques of signs execution shall correspond to accuracy of geodetic survey network.

During construction, it is necessary to monitor the stability of the signs of the planned basis up to twice a year and high-altitude up to four times a year.

The accuracy of the geodetic basis is accepted according to the table SNiP 3.01.0385.

6.2. Methods of production of main types of CIW.

The construction of the facilities begins after the preparatory work. The main construction period includes work on laying engineering networks, erecting a building and landscaping.

To perform works according to rules of production and acceptance of SMR and with respect for technology of construction production, stated in the corresponding heads Construction Norms and Regulations of Part Sh.

Trench digging works are carried out by excavator with ladle capacity of 0.5 m3.

Pit bottom and trenches are cleaned manually. Excess soil is exported by car dump trucks to the allotted place. Loading of cars is carried out by an excavator. Installation of structures of the underground part of the building is planned to be carried out by autocrane.

Food for workers is provided in the canteens of the catering system. All sanitary and hygienic premises are provided with water, electricity and heat.

The distance between permanent and temporary buildings and structures on the construction site shall be taken on the basis of transport, operational, as well as existing sanitary, technical and fire safety requirements.

6.4 Justification of construction plan.

The construction master plan is the plot plan of the site of the object under construction. Which, in addition to existing and designed buildings, structures and communications, also shows temporary buildings and structures necessary for construction, mechanized installations, warehouses of materials, semi-finished products, and construction parts, temporary administrative and household buildings, temporary water supply and sewerage networks, electrical networks, steam and compressed air communications, roads for in-house transport.

The design of the construction master plan includes the following developments: selection and calculation of the need for buildings, structures and installations of industrial purpose, calculation of the need for cultural and domestic buildings, calculation of the need and design of temporary energy supply, water supply, communication design, design of on-site transport.

To create conditions for safe construction and installation works, areas dangerous to people are established, within which hazardous production factors are constantly operating or potentially may act. In these areas, measures are provided to ensure the safety of workers.
