Developed product of individual production "Worm gear." In accordance with the specification, the rotation speed of the drive shaft of the machine is 30 rpm, and the operating torque is 450 N * m, the rotation of the drive shaft is reversible. Gearbox Assembly Order

Prior to assembly, inner cavity of housing is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint. Further, roller conical bearings are put on the worm, preheated in oil to 80... 100 degrees. The assembled worm is inserted into the housing.
