Introduction

The efficiency of production, its technological progress, the quality of the manufactured products largely depends on its technical equipment: machines, machines with various devices and materials, the introduction of new production technologies and cost savings, personnel qualifications, etc.

The importance of raising all questions in the training of qualified personnel of production specialists who have fully mastered the engineering methods of designing production processes is obvious. In this regard, in the educational process of higher educational institutions, a significant place is given to independent works, such as coursework on mechanical engineering technology.

Engineering technology studies a set of methods and techniques for manufacturing machines (restoring their malfunction) developed over a long period of time.

The purpose is to study, build and analyze the technical processes of manufacturing and repair of SDM parts, acquisition of practical skills in the development of machine production and repair technology.

Development of part manufacturing process

1.1. Assigning a Part

This part is the output shaft of the reduction gear. Its main purpose is to transmit torque through a clutch or gear, which is fixed to the shaft on the splines and can freely move along it. Output shaft power is 232.5 kW, torque is 37010.125 N, rotation speed is approximately 60 rpm.

The output shaft is installed on radially thrust bearings, before the assembly there is an operation of improving to hardness 241.. 285 LV, in addition, splines are hardened in TVH furnaces to a depth of 1.5 mm, 40... 55HRCe.

Design development and fixture calculation

3.1. Description of the accessory

device is intended for milling of 2 key slots. The device consists of a base, in the middle part of which there are 2 prisms, on which the shaft is laid. The rear part of the shaft rests against the stop, which is attached to the edge of the plate. From the other edge of the plate there is a stand with a movable screw, by means of which the shaft is pressed by the rear part to the stop. Rockers are attached to the prize-mothers, which enclose the shaft from above and are tightened with a prism with a pressure screw and thus fixedly fix the shaft.

Accessory with installed and fixed on it shaft is installed on plate of milling machine, fixed on it by means of 4 bolts and operation of milling of key slots is performed.
