Object characteristic
The facility is a residential building embedded in the existing infrastructure of the city, located city in the III district. The building is designed on a planned site with an elevation of 86 m. For a relative elevation of 0.00, the elevation of the clean floor of the 1st floor is adopted, corresponding to an absolute elevation of 86.900. The degree of improvement of buildings - with washbasins, washes, baths: local hot water supply. The water supply of the facility is centralized from the city water supply system with a diameter of 200 mm, drainage is centralized with connection to the city collector with a diameter of 400 mm. At a depth of h = 3.8 m. In the basement of the building there are 2 watering cranes designed for watering the territory (installed after 6070 m along the perimeter). The building provides object and apartment water meters for cold water. Fire-fighting water supply is designed in the building regardless of the floor (for educational purposes).
The removal of rain and meltwater from the pitched roof of the buildings provided for a system of external drains. Gutter releases are designed for building paving. The design documentation is developed in accordance with the current regulatory rules and standards (SP 30.133302016 "Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings").
Cold Water System Design
In accordance with the purpose of the building, a combined water supply system was adopted that provides water supply to drinking and fire protection facilities.
According to the design, the diagram with the lower line wiring is designed. Cold water supply networks are provided for dead ends in accordance with Clause 5.4.1 of SP 30.13330.2012. The system is accepted with open laying of pipes (mainly along the walls ).
In accordance with item 7.1.3, the installation of pipelines in the combined systems of the domestic fire-fighting pipeline is carried out from metal pipes (main networks and risers), the installation of main networks and risers is provided from steel plumbing galvanized pipes as per GOST 32.6275 *. Cold water supply to sanitary and technical devices (i.e. wiring in the apartment) is provided from steel or polypropylene pipelines .
Water supply is provided to the basement. The inlet is laid with a slope of 0.003 towards the street water supply network. A structure is installed at the connection point of the input to the external networks, in which the disconnecting gate valve is located. The object water metering unit is located at a distance of 1.5 m from the outer wall on the city section of the pipeline. Water metering unit is received with stroke of line on which gate valve with electric drive is installed, sealed in closed position.
According to item 7.2.8, if there is one water supply inlet or if the meter is not designed to pass the fire water flow, a bypass line is provided. Also, if there are fire cranes in the building, then an electrified gate valve is installed, which opens automatically from buttons installed near fire cranes. Valves are also installed before and after the water meter. A control valve with a pressure gauge is installed between the water meter and the second gate valve along the water flow. Magnetic-mechanical filter and check valve are provided in front of the counter.
Extension main pipelines in the basement are laid along the capital walls under the ceiling at a height of 0.5 m from the ceiling with a slope of 0.003 towards the water metering unit. We place the risers of the domestic drinking water supply in the toilets. Fire water supply risers are placed on staircases. The supply from the risers to the water collection valves (mixers, cranes, toilets) is laid along the walls at a height of 0.3 m above the floor. The apartment water meter is installed on the vertical section of the water supply after branching from the riser, the shutoff valves are installed to the meter in the direction of water movement. Also, a mechanical filter is installed before the water meter. In the apartments we provide for the installation of a primary fire extinguishing crane (PDA).
Installation of shut-off valves on the cold valves network provides in accordance with item 7.1.5:
At the base of fire risers with the number of fire cranes (PK) 5 or more.
At the base of household and drinking risers in the building there are 3 floors or more.
On branches supplying 5 or more water discharge points.
On branches from trunk lines.
On branches to every apartment.
On the subs to the flush barrels.
In front of external watering cranes.
In the diagrams of water metering units and on the connection of input to the street network.
