Analysis of part working conditions in mating, types of its wear and tear

The seat of the bearing of the driving cylindrical gear, rear axle of the ZIL130 car, operates under the conditions of load perceived from the side of the bearings by landing holes. Mounting holes for roller bearings, sleeves of main gear bearings operate under conditions of mechanical wear on the side of external ring of bearing. In our case, mechanical wear is fretting, since the mounting holes and the bearing are mated, and there are also small oscillations and movements of the bearing inside the sleeve.

Create an operational and sketch map

The operating card includes all the information necessary for the worker to perform it: equipment and appliance data, the content of transitions. We draw up an operating card for surfacing.

The corresponding lines of the map for each transition give the number, content with technical requirements, measuring and cutting tools, design dimensions, processing modes, calculated main, auxiliary, preparatory-final and piece time.

We develop an operational sketch of a part for one basic operation. The sketch is not scaled. In the sketch, the part is shown in the position as the worker sees it on the machine. Supports and clamps shall be designated in accordance with GOST requirements. The surface to be restored is surrounded by a solid thickened line. For these surfaces, the dimensions are indicated with marginal deviations after the operation.

Conclusion

More than 85% parts of tractors and cars and 95% parts of engines are rejected with wear not exceeding 0.3... 0.5 mm. Restoring the geometry while preserving the structure and mechanical properties of the original part allows you to use the remaining strength resource of the part. At the same time, savings in material and labor resources are achieved, which positively affects the cost of repair of units and the car as a whole .

The use of surfacing to restore the surfaces of the parts makes it possible to obtain a high-quality built-up layer with the required physical and mechanical properties.

In the course work, the part was analyzed, a defect was revealed - wear of the bearing seat. We have developed a technological process for restoring the bearing seat of the ZIL130 drive cylindrical gear. You have chosen a rational way to restore the part. The full cost of the restored part was calculated. They concluded that the introduction of the process of restoring the bearing seat of the leading cylindrical gear with an annual restoration program of 400 pcs will have an economic effect in the amount of 9304 rubles.
