1. Scope of Application

The technological map is made on a mosaic floor device in the hall room in the school building for 9 classes with a built-in kindergarten for 30 places in the village of Zateikha, Puchezhsky district.

The floor structure is as follows:

- base - slab;

- a concrete layer with a layer of marble crumbs buried in it with a thickness of 20 to 35 mm.

Concrete mixture B15 with mobility from 8 to 12 cm and marble chips of fraction from 5 to 15 mm are accepted for floor arrangement.

The work is carried out by a team of 3 people for 6 days.

The Job Instruction includes:

- preparation of bases for mosaic floors;

- laying of concrete interlayer;

- laying of marble crumb solution;

- mosaic coating care;

- grinding of floor surface;

2.2 underlying interlayer arrangement

UNDER MOSAIC COATINGS

- Installation and reconciliation of lighthouse rivers;

- preparation of cement milk and base primer;

- laying and leveling of the underlying layer solution;

- removal of lighthouse rivers and sealing of furrows with mortar.

The room shall be free of foreign objects. The necessary mechanisms, tools, devices, equipment are located in the immediate vicinity of the place of work, and with a significant area - in the same room.

Work begins from the side opposite to the entrance to the room.

Lighthouse racks with fouled upper edges or pipes are installed strictly in level through 2.5... 4 m (depending on the length of the rule applied). Racks are fixed with solution stamps. The upper edges of the lighthouse rivers or pipes are located at the level of the underlying layer fixed on the longitudinal walls of the room, that is, below the level of the clean floor by 15 mm.

If necessary, the beacon racks are heated (planted) into the solution mark or, conversely, lifted by adding a solution.

After checking the racks, the base is abundantly wetted with water without passes in watering and puddling. Then base is primed with cement milk of composition 1:1 (cement: water). The solution layer begins to be laid from the wall opposite the entrance to the room. The solution is filled with stripe grips through one and leveled along by the thickness of laid beacons (racks). The layer of the laid solution brace is then leveled with a ridge on a long handle or rule moving along the beacon racks without smoothing and rubbing the surface.

After completing the laying of the interlayer solution in odd strips, beacon racks are removed a day later. Edges of laid strips are washed with water and cut with cement milk. Then solution is put into even stripe grips. The beacons are previously laid stripe grabs.

In small rooms, lay the underlying interlayer throughout the area. At the same time, lighthouse racks are removed, and the formed furrows are sealed with a solution of the same brand.
