Description
The drawing shows the electrical circuit of the machine
The electrical circuit works as follows:
Turning on the introductory machine is possible only when there is voltage in the network, and turning on the electric motor of the main drive is only possible with the door of the electrical cabinet, the casing of replaceable gears and the casing of the lathe chuck closed.
By pressing the SB14 and SB13 buttons on the cabinet panel, the cooling pump motor is switched on and off.
The spindle of the turning unit is controlled from two independent consoles 1P and 2P. The 1P remote control is located on the carriage on the working side and is a set of three KME-1111 type buttons mounted on one panel (two start buttons and one stop button). When you press the start buttons SB3 or SB4, the starters KM1, KM2 are turned on, respectively.
Accordingly, we obtain direct and reverse rotation of the spindle. The main drive motor stops when the SB2 button is pressed, the power circuit of the KM1 and KM2 starters is opened by contacts 7-8. If you need fast braking, press the SB2 button all the way until the spindle stops completely. The control of the electric motor of the main drive from the remote control 2P is carried out by a backup handle.
During fast braking, the contacts are closed when the SB2 button is pressed or when the “Push” handle is pressed with the SM7 microswitch. The switched on KM3 kestelle supplies a direct current from the IVDS rectifier to the stator winding (KM1 and KM2 starters are not in operation) and the main drive electric motor switches to the dynamic braking mode.
After the end of braking, do not keep the button or handle pressed for a long time in order to avoid excessive heating of the electric motor.
Braking of the electric motor of the main drive is also carried out when the emergency button "All stop" (SB1) is fully pressed.
Mutual interlocks, which exclude the possibility of simultaneous switching on of the KM1, KM2, KM3 starters, are carried out in the circuit by normally closed contacts of these starters.
Zero protection of the machine blocks the spontaneous switching on of the electric drive of the machine when the power supply is restored (in the event of a sudden shutdown) and is carried out by coils of magnetic starters, and protection against short circuit currents is carried out by an automatic switch.
Protection of the electric motor against an overload - thermal relays.
Fuses FU3, FU4, FU5 are used to protect the transformer windings.
