Description of the scheme of the radial drilling machine 2K52-1

Turning on, off and reversing the electric motor is carried out by the handle of the command apparatus.

To stop the machine in an emergency, press the red pusher of the SB1 button or disable the QF1 input switch. This turns off the EL1 lamp.

When mounted on an electric pump, it is switched on by turning the lever of the QF2 circuit breaker to the "I" position. When installing a mechanized clamping head, the clamping and pressing of the column can be carried out by pressing the pushers of the SB3 and SB4 buttons located on the control panel, or by moving the handle on the carriage of the machine.

For the selection of clamp and spin controls, use the SA2 toggle switch . The duration of clamping and spinning is determined by the time to which the KT1 and KT2 time switches are tuned. The relays are set up so that the time for the decompression is slightly longer than the time for the clamp. The clamping time of the column is approximately 2-3 s.
