Description
Electrical circuit diagram of control of electric drive of radial drilling machine 2L53U. Designed to control and protect the electrical equipment of the radial drilling machine. The main elements of the circuit: M1, M2, M3 - drive asynchronous motors with a short-circuited rotor of the cooling pump, spindle, table movement. KM1 - the magnetic actuator of the pump of cooling. KM2, KM3 - magnetic starters of spindle of right and left rotation. KM4, KM5 - magnetic starters for moving the table up and down. KM6 - the magnetic actuator of protection of zero. KK1, KK2, KK3 are thermal relays of protection of electric motors against an overload. HL1, HL2 - "voltage" and "ready for operation" signal lamps. EL1 - lighting lamp. TV1 - transformer. SQ1 - limit switch of column clamping. Controls. QF1, SF1 - switches: input and control circuits. SA1 - switch-toggle switch of lighting lamp. SA2, SA3, SA4 - microswitch of the commanding controller. SA5 - switch-toggle switch of cooling pump. SB1 - stop button. SB2, SB3 - buttons for moving the table up and down.
