Rotary table for welding No. 17833

The welding rotary positioner (Item 17833) is designed to mechanize assembly and welding work. The device provides fixation, rotation with adjustable speed and manual tilting of welded units, allowing them to be set in a position optimal for welding.

Welded frame structure of horizontal layout. The rotation drive is implemented on the basis of an asynchronous gear motor (model 5IK6ORGN-CF) with a chain transmission of torque to the main shaft. Speed ​​​​is controlled from the remote panel using a potentiometer.

The tilt mechanism is carried out manually through a worm gear reducer with self-braking property, which ensures reliable fixation of the tilt axis in a given position without the use of additional locking devices. Workpiece fastening unit — a three-jaw LMC chuck is used as the main clamping device. It is possible to install specialized equipment on the faceplate, including contour spacers (17833-001-110-005-1 VO) for fixing parts of complex geometry.

The design provides for a standard ground terminal on the positioner frame for connection to the protective grounding circuit.
