Description

1. Working documentation has been developed in accordance with the design assignment, the requirements of the current technical regulations, standards, codes of practice and other documents containing the established requirements.

2. Permanent and temporary loads are accepted in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016 "Loads and Impacts".  

Temporary regulatory loads:

- snow load (for the III region by the weight of the snow cover) - 150 kgf/m2/,  

- wind - 30 kg/m², wind load (for wind region II) - 30 kgf/m2/.

3. The project was carried out in accordance with the tasks of the TM, OV, VK and GSN (GSV) sections.  

4. Platform P1 for the LVR3-6 pump is designed from B15 concrete reinforced with 2 grids 5VrI (50x50).  

5. The platform for the tank (K10) is designed (405 mm high from the floor level) from metal channels, square profiles, with a coating of steel expanded metal sheets.

6. The platform for the air handling unit is designed (3010 mm high from the floor level) from metal channels, square profiles, with a coating of steel expanded metal sheets. There is a 1200 mm high platform fence and a 750 mm wide ladder.

7. In the covering above the boiler house, monolithic sections are made on metal beams made of channels  

(with holes according to the OV and TM specifications). Openings 700x700 mm are provided for the passage of chimneys of K8 boilers (see TM section). Holes 500x500 mm are provided for ventilation (see section RH). Above the holes of 700x700 mm, one support OP1 is installed to fasten the chimneys of the K8 boilers above the roof.

Metal beams MB1 should be supported on transoms. Grids C1 and C2 of monolithic sections should be welded to the upper reinforcement of reinforced concrete transoms (see section 14/10-2019 PR-KZh2-4).  

8. OP1 supports are designed from square profiles. Rest them on MB1 beams.  

9. Welding of metal elements according to GOST 5264-80* with E-42 electrodes according to GOST 9467-75*.  

The leg of the welds is taken according to the smallest thickness of the elements to be welded.  

10. For anti-corrosion protection of metal elements, provide for their painting 2 times with  enamel PF115 GOST 6465-76 on a pre-primed surface. Priming is carried out with  primer GF-021 according to GOST 25129-82.

11. Quality control of welds shall be carried out in accordance with SP 53-101-98.

12. A 150 mm thick plasterboard partition is provided with metal guides  

(soundproofed). A partition separates the boiler room and the utility room.  

13. Fill the window openings with 250 mm thick D500 honeycomb blocks with a 960x560(h)mm hole for air handling in one of the openings. Provide reinforced concrete lintels above the hole.

14. Fasteners for the façade gas pipeline, as well as supports, have been designed. Provided: monolithic foundation FM1 and metal supports for the UGRSh, as well as a fence.
