The principle of crimping blooming operation is outlined, the design description is performed, design techniques for designing crimping blooming are considered.
Introduction
The task of the designer is to create machines that fully meet the needs of the consumer, give the greatest economic effect and have the highest technical, economic and operational performance.
The main indicators of these are: high productivity, reliability, economy, strength, dimensions, reliability, energy intensity, small weight and metal capacity, etc.
Design techniques used in screw design
5.1 Substantiation of part material selection
40X steel was selected as the material for manufacturing the part.
Steel 40X, is applied to production of various details: axes, shafts, valshestern, plungers, rods, cranked and camshafts, rings, spindles, mandrels, laths, spongy wreaths, bolts, half shafts, sleeves and other improved details of the increased durability.
Substitutes: 45X, 38XA, 40XH, 40XC, 40HF, 40XP
Conclusion
During the course project, the material was studied and fixed according to the course "Basis of Design." This project considered such design techniques as: the principle of aggregation, standardization of parts, unification of the mounting tool, etc.
