- Chip removal system
- Locking system
Working conditions:
- Temperature 15-30 ° C;
- Humidity 90%;
- Atmospheric pressure 760 mmHg
- Blank - rolled products
- Material – Steel 30
- Workpiece weight – 7,85 kg
- Detail – Sleeve
- Workpiece weight – 5 kg
Ensure the performance of RTU:
- Per shift – at least 15 pcs
It is possible to block the RTU
It is possible to readjust the RTU with a change in equipment.
Ensure that the finished part is located in the receiver in an oriented form
Operations performed in RTU: trimming, drilling, boring, chip turning, loading and unloading of parts into the machine.
