Architectural and planning solutions

The restaurant building is three-story without a basement, with a terrace located on the third floor. The total length of the building in axes 110 is 48 m, the width in axes

D - A - 18m.

On the first and second floors there are:

1. An entrance space group consisting of a corridor, wardrobe, stairwell, and bathrooms.

2. Catering unit: dining area, kitchen, dining room and kitchen utensils, food warehouse.

On the second floor there is a balcony. There is also a bathroom for maintenance personnel.

On the third floor there are:

1. Administrator room, maintenance room, bathrooms.

2. Terrace, which is protected from rain and sun by transparent plastic glass. This canopy rests on high wooden posts unrelated to the main structure of the house.

Communication between floors is carried out through a stairwell located at the entrance to the restaurant.

Design Solutions

The structural diagram of the building is a brick building of the brand M125 on a solution of the brand B75.

Foundations - monolithic for columns and foundation beams for external walls.

Foundations of internal walls - tape from foundation blocks and pillows.

Columns with a section of 300x300 mm made of monolithic reinforced concrete.

Jumpers - prefabricated, reinforced concrete.

Staircases - prefabricated, reinforced concrete.

Slabs - reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 220 mm.

The roof is parapet with a coating of three layers of bicrost along a protective layer of gravel with a thickness of 20 mm.

Insulation - mineral wool piercing mats 200 mm thick.

Windows and stained glass windows of individual manufacture.

Canopy - cellular polycarbonate.

Exterior decoration of the building:

Basement - facing with decorative stone.

Walls - decoration with structural plaster .

Room Finishes:

Walls - plastic panels, in rooms of high humidity - facing with ceramic tiles.

Floors - parquet, linoleum, ceramic tiles.
