Functional Process Requirements

In our case the following premises shall be provided in the apartments:

residential - common room and bedroom;

utility rooms - kitchen, front, bathroom, toilet, household storage room or wardrobe, and antresols can be provided.

In apartments, there should be places for the construction of built-in cabinets for clothes and other household utensils.

The area of the living room and kitchen shall be not less than 8 m2. In one-room apartments, joint bathrooms are allowed. The doors of the bathroom, bathroom and combined bathroom should open outside.

Entrance to a room equipped with a toilet is not allowed directly from the kitchen and residential premises.

The bathroom and bathroom are not allowed directly above the living rooms and kitchens.

The width of the auxiliary premises of apartments should be at least:

kitchen - 1.7 m; front - 1.4 m; intra-apartment corridors - 0.85 m;

latrines - 0.8 m.

Functional and acoustic zoning of apartment premises should provide comfortable best conditions.

Volumetric planning solution of the building

This 36th apartment building is a block section using 1B, 2B, 3B

Apartments have separate bathrooms. Bedrooms in all apartments are located in the depths of apartments, which allows you to get high acoustic comfort.

Apartments have built-in cabinets that open into indoor corridors. Areas of living rooms and auxiliary rooms are accepted in accordance with SNiP [2].

Common rooms and bedrooms have proportions of length and width near the rectangle, which allows for a light and variant arrangement of the furniture.

In this course project, the building is 9-story with a floor height of 2.8 m. The building is basement-free.

Building engineering equipment

The building is equipped with central heating from the TEC area, heating devices - batteries of radiators N1-140, located in window sills.

Bath, washbasin, sink wash are provided with cold and hot water from the hot water supply system from the district TEC.

The bathroom is equipped with a cast iron bath with a length of 170cm., latrines - ceramic toilets with low flush barrels.

The sewage system of the house is diverted to urban sewage networks. Ventilation is provided for natural, exhaust through ventilation channels located in internal walls along axes. Ventilation grids in the kitchen, bathrooms and bathrooms.

The building is equipped with hidden wiring, apartment electric meters located on staircases (platforms). Radio phones are installed in all apartments, television antennas are collective. Kitchens are equipped with 4 confluent gas stoves.

Interior decoration of rooms

The inner surface of the walls and partitions are plastered with lime - sand mortar. The walls of bathrooms and bathrooms are lined with ceramic tiles to a height of 1.8 m.

The ceilings of all rooms are painted white with water emulsion paint, the walls of living rooms and additions are glued with high-quality wallpaper, the walls of the kitchen with washing wallpaper.

Carpentry products (window frames, doors) are painted with white enamel twice after keying and priming.

Floors in residential rooms are taken from boards on lags (first floor).

Similar floors in the kitchen, hallway and hallway, floors in the bathroom and bathroom are covered with ceramic tiles on cement sand.

Facades

The facades are solved in simple concise forms. The size and proportions of the windows make it possible to fully identify the internal structure of the residential building.

Since the outer walls are plastered with lime-sand, they are painted with facade paint in orange, the foundation blocks are painted with gray facade paint.

The outer surfaces of window bindings are painted twice with oil paint.

Structural solution of the building

Building structural framework

The structural framework of the building consists of walls of railway panels, slabs and cover of multi-empty panels. The structural walls are transverse walls. Longitudinal walls are self-supporting. Spacing of walls 21.6 and 12 m (along axes).

Bases

Foundations for external and internal walls are tape, prefabricated from basement panels and railway plates according to the 1.1125 series.

Walls

External walls from single-row grid panels are one- and two-module. Panel structures - concrete one- and three-layer. Single-layer concrete on porous fillers of grades M50 and M75 with density of 1000 kg/m3. Three-layer panels with rigid connections between concrete layers, 300 and 350 mm thick. Panels of external walls are connected to each other and to internal walls by steel links in two levels by height of floor - by welded links in upper support section by links of loop-bracket type in lower one. Joints are provided with air-proof cover made of roll waterproofing material and insulation insert from inside. Strips of joints are frozen with M200 concrete.

Internal walls are designed from full-section panels with a thickness of 160 mm, molded from heavy concrete of grades M150 and M250. panels are designed as blind, with one opening, one- and two-console.

Overlappings

In the building of the series are made of multistage and ribbed railway floorings. Spans 3 and 6 m., 1.5 and 3 m wide. height of articles is 220 mm. Panels are made of M200.Po four corners are provided with reinforcement outlets and embedded parts for arrangement of connections with walls and between floor elements for formation of horizontal diaphragm of rigidity.

Partitions

Partitions, separated living rooms are made of gypsum concrete products δ = 80 mm.

Inter-apartment partitions and partitions of bathrooms are made of ceramic brick δ = 120 mm.

Ladders

Stairs are designed from fortified railway elements - platforms and flights of stairs, staircases and marches are accepted according to the generally accepted catalog.

Roof

Designed combined building manufacturing with an effective insulation and a roll roof.
