General plan

The designed building - a residential nine-story building is located on a site with a calm relief, with a slight slope. The building is designed in the city area .

The main facade of the building is directed to the east side .

Asphalt roads up to 5 meters wide are made for the convenience of the entrance of transport and garbage collection equipment. The territory of the plan is landscaped with deciduous trees.

Near designed the same type of residential buildings. The distance between adjacent buildings meets the requirements of fire breaks.

On the territory of the courtyard we design sites with sizes calculated according to GOST. Children's playgrounds for children of preschool and primary school age S = n * 0.7 = 1500 * 0.7 = 1050 m, sports grounds S = n * 2 = 1500 * 2 = 3000m. We have an economic platform, so that the wind is not directed towards playgrounds and sports grounds. Near the house there are parking lots for cars, at a rate of 25 m per car seat.

On the territory we have 2 playgrounds and 5 sports grounds. Badminton court 8 * 15, volleyball court 15 * 24, basketball court 15 * 30.

Scope and Planning Solution

The designed building is a nine-story residential building. The building has dimensions in coordinate axes 18-25.800m and axes AE12.600m. The building is panel, with a small pitch and with bearing transverse and longitudinal walls. The height of the building is 2.8 m. The roof is flat, ventilated, with an internal organized drainage, with a cold attic .

The building has no basement. Access to the roof is through an elevator shaft, which is divided into an engine room and an exit to the attic or roof. A garbage duct is designed in the building, an elevator is provided. For the convenience of residents, balconies and loggia are designed.

Engineering, sanitary and inventory equipment

Water supply - economically drinking, design head at the base of the risers 27 m. Cold water supply is designed from the intra-quarter water supply unit. Water is supplied to each section via an in-house main line.

Sewerage - household included in the city network.

Watershed - internal with release into the city network;

Heating - water, central, single-tube system with radiators of type M140AO for design temperature -180С.

Coolant temperature 65 - 70 0С.

Ventilation is natural.

Gas supply - from the external network to the cookers.

Hot water supply - from the external network.
