Introduction.
Currently, the following stages of the power supply process must be performed to connect the 1f or 3f input:
Received Specification (TS) for Electrical Power Supply;
Electrical power supply design has been developed and received;
Electrical installation works (ERM) were performed in accordance with the received design, TKP3392011, GOST, SNIP, PPEiTE and other regulatory and technical documents;
Electrophysical measurements of the mounted electrical installation were made;
The electrical installation was allowed to be put into operation by the inspectors of Energotyt and Energodzor with the issuance of an electricity supply contract, which is both a personal account, and a connection order, on the basis of which the corresponding district of Electric networks will connect.
One of the stages of power supply includes the present power supply project.
General provisions
The power supply project was carried out on the basis of the certificate of state registration of individual entrepreneurs, approved by the decision of the Administration of the Pervomaisky district No. 391289541 and in accordance with the specifications No. 88 dated 10.06.14. When developing this project, the following requirements are met :
TKP-339-2011, GOST, SNIP, TKP 454.04-149-2009, PPEiTE and other regulatory and technical documents;
Electrical solutions
From KTPB778 on the VL 0.38 of kV No. 1 from insulators on support No. 9 to a board of electricity metering to lay AVVG4h16 cable in a pipe (metal hose) with a diameter of 25 mm. Connect the pipe (metal pipe) to the zero wire on the side of insulators on support No. 9 on one side and to the electric power metering board on the other side. Install the power metering board, refer to one-line diagram. Split into zero working and protective conductors in the power metering board (TNCS system). Install the electric power metering board on support No. 9. For convenience of connection of 1f and 3f consumers, make 1f and 3f sockets on the power metering board. Ground the power metering board according to the drawing of this project. Grounding loop resistance shall be not more than 30 ohms (TKP3392011). The electric power metering board shall be sealed, ground above ground (except for connection to the board ).
Attachment of the panel on the support must provide clearance between it and the support in 200 mm. The cable shall be inserted into the board from below. Inside and outside of the panel there shall be a stud with methyses for attachment: inside the bushing wire, outside - for grounding of the housing.
Install the shield at an altitude of 1.5 m from the ground.
1.2 Safety.
To protect against faults in this project, the calculation of circuit breakers and protective shutdown devices (RCD) is performed. When installing the metering board, lead-in cable and other electrical equipment, strictly observe TKP 4272012 (022230) and TKP1812009. It is prohibited to allow persons who have not been instructed on labor protection to work with the metering board, to repair it under voltage, to start it without grounding .
Internal power supply issues are not included in this project.
Before excavation, call representatives of interested organizations: gas, communications, water utility, utilities, etc.
Power supply facility plan
RRS are used to protect against direct and indirect touching of current-carrying parts and to protect against fires. RCD cannot be the only measure of protection against direct and indirect touching.
The use of ultrasound is mandatory:
- if the overcurrent protection device does not provide the normalized automatic shutdown time due to low short circuit currents, and the electrical installation is not covered by the potential equalization system;
- for group lines supplying socket mains located outdoors and in particularly hazardous rooms and with increased danger of electric shock;
- for group lines in mobile (inventory) buildings made of metal or with a metal frame, intended for street trade and consumer services (shopping pavilions, kiosks, tents, cafes, booths, vans, box garages, etc.), as well as in mobile and stationary cars with places to live;
- for group lines supplying electric receivers of classes 01 and 1, mounted in bathrooms, showers and steam rooms (except for electric receivers connected to the network through a separation transformer);
- for group power supply lines of local stationary lighting luminaires at mains voltage above 25 V, installed in especially dangerous rooms and with increased danger of electric shock;
- for group power supply lines of lighting fixtures of general lighting protection class I installed in especially dangerous rooms and with increased danger of electric shock at installation height less than 2.5 m above the floor or maintenance site;
- for group lines feeding sockets on students' tables in classrooms and laboratories of schools;
- for electrical heating systems of floors;
- for group networks of installations of light advertising and architectural lighting of buildings .
- for group lines supplying socket mains located in the premises of residential buildings, commissioned with current-conducting (for example, concrete) rough floors.
The need for the use of RCD is determined by the design organization based on the safety conditions in accordance with the customer's requirements and standards approved in accordance with the established procedure and
regulatory and technical documents.
As a rule, the use of ultrasound in lines supplying stationary installed electrical equipment and lamps is not required (stationary installed electrical equipment, even if it is connected through plug connectors, refers to electrical equipment that does not have rollers for movement weighing more than 18 kg, as well as stationary fixed electrical equipment regardless of the weight and presence of rollers). Installation of RCD acting on disconnection is prohibited for electric receivers, the disconnection of which can lead to dangerous consequences - creating an immediate threat to people's lives, the occurrence of explosions, fires, etc.
When selecting specific types of RCD it is necessary to be guided by the following:
- Devices shall be certified in the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the established procedure.
- Technical specifications for manufacturing shall be agreed with the State Energy Supervision Service of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus.
