Description
The object of the study is the cab mounting unit.
The purpose of the work is to study the types of destruction of the transverse beams of the trolley, in our case - this is the destruction of the base metal of the transverse beams of the trolley at the place of fastening the cabin, and the goal is also to search for repair of the metal structure.
The project solves the following tasks:
- the characteristic of the transverse beam of the crane trolley, which has a destruction, is presented;
- description and determination of possible causes of damage;
- analysis of different types of repair of metal structures was carried out;
- the choice of material and electrodes for repair work is made;
- a technology for performing repair work has been developed;
- final measures have been developed after the repair work has been performed.
