Description
In this final qualification work, the production site for vehicle maintenance was reorganized in the conditions of Transaccord JSC in Novosibirsk due to the fact that the company had a maintenance zone with obsolete equipment, and some types of work were not carried out at specialized posts.
In the work, an annual program of maintenance work was determined. In accordance with the data obtained on the annual volume, the required number of work posts was determined, and the number of production workers was established to perform a set of maintenance works. The site was redeveloped for maintenance with the arrangement of technological equipment, which increased the level of quality of maintenance and safety.
As a design installation, an inertial lift for hanging cars was developed and calculated. Also in this chapter, an assessment of the economic efficiency of the manufactured structure was carried out. The cost of the resulting installation is lower in comparison with similar samples, which confirms its economic feasibility.
