Description
The diploma project is devoted to an important and urgent task of improving the equipment in the production line of custard bread with raisins. In particular, it is proposed to modernize the design of the flour mixer, the dough kneading machine and the rotary electric furnace.
In the flour sifter, to improve the quality of sifted flour , it is proposed to install a ring between the sieve drum and the removable glass, which will prevent mixing the sifted flour with the unsifted one; provide the glass with a flange, which will allow you to securely fix it and easily remove it if necessary.
In the dough kneading machine, it is proposed to install a kneading organ with blades located along the helical line; its use will lead to the effect of continuous mixing with the subsequent movement of the dough mass, which will eliminate the formation of unmixed layers of dough.
In the rotary furnace, it is proposed to improve the design of the steam generator, which has a unit that accumulates heat. It is also proposed to increase the reliability of the fastening mechanism of the racking trolley on the turntable.
The proposed modernization of the equipment will increase productivity, improve the conditions of equipment maintenance and will make it possible to obtain a better finished product.
The project presents engineering calculations of the modernized technological equipment. Calculations of technical and economic indicators, as well as measures to ensure the safety and environmental friendliness of production processes are given.
