Director General

We inform that the maximum possible dimensions in the axes of the designed production site on ul. Trolleybus 10 in the city of Gomel will be about 56x18 m (1008 m2). The area occupied by the existing production premises is about 40.8x12.5 m (510 m2).

For building construction in maximum dimensions it is necessary to perform:

- transfer of the water supply network ∅150 mm running parallel to the building with observance of the required distance from the foundations of the designed building;

- transfer of the water supply network ∅100 mm going between the existing building and TP115 falling under the building spot.

According to SNB 3.01.0402 "Urban planning. The layout and development of settlements "the distance from the foundations of buildings to the water supply networks should be at least 5 m. At the moment, the distance from the outline of the designed building to the water supply network ∅150 is about 4.38 m near the administrative part, and about 2.91 m near TP115. The length of the water pipeline ∅150 can be reduced to 60 m starting from the nearest well only when coordinated with the network owner. Please note that the distance to the well is taken from the outline of the building and is about 4.84 m. In reality, the distance from the foundations of the building protruding beyond the outline of the building will be less than the indicated within 1 m. Without coordination with the owner, the theoretical length of the network will be about 76 m.

When you decide to design the production area in the existing dimensions, we inform you that the distance to the water supply network of ∅100 mm coming between the existing building and TP115 is 3.21 m, which is less than 5 m and will also require the transfer of the network.

On the basis of the above, please provide a written response regarding the transfer of networks to determine the final dimensions of the designed building.

The diagram is attached .

With respect the director ,
