1.1 General data

Water supply and sewerage systems are designed in accordance with the requirements for water quality and indicators of sewage pollution.

The construction project was developed on the basis of:

design tasks;

process assignment;

building codes and regulations.

Current situation

Waste water is discharged by existing separate releases of domestic and industrial effluents into existing external networks, respectively household and industrial sewers.

The site on which the body is located is supplied from the city water supply ∅300

The head in the city network is 30 m,

Water supply

The project provides water supply to the production building from the city water supply and from the well. Water is supplied from the well to the softening station and then to the equipment .

The water supply system of the combined farm, industrial, fire fighting (B1) is provided.

The water flow rate for internal fire extinguishing according to SNB 4.01.0203, SNiPII3576 is, respectively: 15.6 l/s (3 jets of 5 l/s) - for the part of the building between axes 15. 15.6 l/s (3 jets of 5 l/s) - for the part of the building between axes 511 and 20.8 l/s (4 jets of 5 l/s) for the part of the building between axes 1118. Fire extinguishing is carried out from internal fire cranes and from existing fire underground hydrants installed through the water supply network of the industrial site.

Internal networks of water supply systems are designed from pipes of steel water and gas pipelines, galvanized lungs according to GOST 326275, and according to GOST 1070491.

Not isolated pipelines are painted by PF115 enamel in two layers on one layer of primer GF021. Pipe insulation design is specified in the equipment specification.

New water supply and sewerage networks are being laid.

Sewerage

Waste water with separate existing outlets is drained to the external network of industrial site industrial sewerage, then to the city sewerage system.

Rain runoff is diverted along the internal existing drains of the building to the pavement of the building and further diverted along the relief.

The waste water flow rate of the production sewage system will be:

56.68m3/h; 223.92 m3/day;,

Household effluents: 3.02m3/h; 33.04 m3/day ;

Internal networks of sewage systems are designed from polyethylene pipes as per GOST 22689.289. and cast iron sewage pipes as per GOST 694298.

Materials and

energy savings

The project provides for the use of steel water-gas galvanized light pipes according to GOST 326275 and according to GOST 1070491 in water supply systems.

Emergency prevention activities

The project provides for the installation of internal fire cranes in the production building. Water is supplied to them from the internal network.
