. process part

1. HEAT NETWORK ROUTE. GASKET METHODS AND TYPES

1.1 The heat network is designed from the pipelines "Isoproflex A" 2Dy 80 for heating, "Isoproflex A" Dy 100 and "Isoproflex" Dy 80 for hot water supply, insulated with polyurethane foam in a factory-made polyethylene shell in an impassable monolithic channel, laid on a sandy base, with sand filling.

Pipelines shall be laid underground in non-flow channel with sand filling:

- t.1-t.5, t.6-t.8, in monolithic chanceless channel 1580x600 (h);

- t.5-t.6 in monolithic channel 1160x630 (h);

- t.8-t.9, t.10-t.11 in monolithic chanceless channel 1800x670 (h);

- t.9-t.10 in case 4d273x7.

For sand base and clogging use natural sand GOST 873693 of the first or second class with size modulus 33.5 with filtration coefficient not less than 5 m/day, size of granules not more than 16 mm should not contain large sand particles with sharp edges, which can harm the protective layer of pipelines and couplings. After backfilling, the sand must be tamped. It is important that the heat lines laid in the sand are provided with uniform friction between the outer shell pipeline and the soil;

1.2 For emptying of heat pipelines for the period of repair or in case of emergency it is provided to install after t.11 ball valves for air discharge 3Dy15 and Dy20, and in t.1 ball valves of drain lines 4Dy 40. Water lowering is provided in the pit with subsequent pumping out (see construction part in t.1).

1.3 Transportation of pipes and components to SGP of insulation shall be performed at ambient air temperature-round not lower than 15 ° С, installation - at ambient air temperature not lower than -10 ° С

1.4 This project envisages termination of joints of heat pipelines of flexible pipelines with steel by means of pressing joint for welding "MFL1000M" (MFL JONTEK), the technology of which was developed by Mosflowline and agreed with operating organizations. Before backfilling of the route, it is necessary to draw up an act for closing joints.

1.5 The existing bypass is dismantled in accordance with paragraph 6.29 of the Rules for the Organization and Production of Earthworks and Construction Works in the City of Moscow, approved by Decree of the Government of Moscow No. 207 of March 17, 1998.

2. COMPENSATION OF HEAT CONDUCTORS.

1.6 When designing intra-quarter underground heat networks, special temperature strain compensators are not required.

1.7 Installation of fixed supports is provided in places required by compensation conditions. Fixed supports (HO, HO1) are installed along the heating network route at the entrance to the building t.11 and the outlet from the central heating system in t.1 to limit flexible pipelines from forces arising in steel pipelines to which they are connected.

1.8 Replacement of design solutions for supply by Mosflowline Company for supply of pipes and components from ABB or other companies shall be agreed with the design organization.

Quality requirements for steel and pe pipes.

3.1 Welding of pipes and inspection of welded joints shall be performed in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0385 "Thermal networks" (item 5.1-5.26).

3.2 Welding of joints should be performed according to typical drawings of the album of the 5.903 series - 13 issue of the I Institute A.F. "Energy installation project."

3.3 Joints of flexible pipelines from sewn PE to SGP insulation shall be tested for strength and density by hydraulic method. Test results shall be recorded in the work log.

4. INSULATION OF THERMAL CONDUCTORS

4.1 Thermally insulated pipes, for thermal network laying, with polyurethane foam insulation in polyethylene sheath are supplied by Mosflowline.

4.2 Insulation of joints of pipes and shaped elements shall be performed according to Mosflowline technology.

4.3 Perform pneumatic tests of their density before filling of joints with polyurethane foam.

4.4 Installation of thermal insulation structures and protective coatings shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.03.85 and SNiP 2.04.1488.

5. HEATING AND WASHING OF HEAT NETWORK PIPES

5.1 Pressure testing of supply and return pipelines shall be performed alternately.

5.2 Testing and washing of pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.04.01, SNiP 3.05.03 and SP 40102. Piping shall be subjected to a preliminary and final strength and density test.

5.3 Preliminary strength and density tests of pipelines shall be performed hydraulically.

5.3 The preliminary test hydraulic pressure during the strength test performed before the final filling of the pipeline, heat insulation of the joints and installation of valves shall be equal to 1.5 working pressure and maintained by pumping water at this level for 30 minutes. After that, the test pressure is reduced to the working pressure, which is maintained for 30 minutes, and the pipeline connections are inspected. Test results shall be recorded in the work log. To allow external inspection of welded joints, hydraulic testing of pipelines shall be performed before insulation of joints.

5.4 Final test hydraulic pressure during density tests performed after heat insulation of pipe joints and final filling of pipelines shall be equal to 1.25 working pressure but not less than 16 kgf/cm2, and for GVA pipelines - 1.25 working pressure.

5.5 The final test shall be carried out in the following order:

- pressure equal to working pressure is created in the pipeline and maintained by pumping water for 2 hours;

- the pressure is raised to the test level and maintained under-pumping water for 2 hours.

The pipeline shall be deemed to have passed the final test if the pressure drop does not exceed 0.02 MPa at the subsequent 2-hour exposure under test pressure within 1 hour.

The pipeline and its components shall be considered to have passed the hydraulic test if no leaks, sweating in welded joints and in the main metal, visible residual deformations, cracks or signs of rupture are found.

5.6 Pipelines of water networks of open heat supply systems and hot water supply networks shall be washed with drinking quality water by hydropathetic method until complete clarification of washing water. At the end of washing, pipelines shall be disinfected by filling them with water with active chlorine content of 75100 mg/l with contact time of at least 6 h. Pipelines with diameter up to 200 mm and length up to 1 km are allowed, in agreement with local authorities of the sanitary and epidemiological service, not to undergo chlorination and limit themselves to washing with water that meets the requirements of GOST 287482.

After flushing, the results of laboratory analysis of flushing water samples shall comply with the requirements of GOST 287482. A conclusion is drawn up by the sanitary and epidemiological service on the results of washing (disinfection).
