2. Climate data

Outside air design parameters for Penza are accepted in accordance with SNiP 23-01-99:

- outside air temperature in cold season tn = 29 ° C; in the warm season tn = + 23.8 ° C.

The average temperature of the heating period tot = 4.5 ° C.

The heating period is 207 days.

Heat supply

The source of heat supply is existing heat networks. Coolant parameters in the main heating system - 150/70 ° С.

Coolant in the heating system and in the heat supply system of plenum plants - superheated water with parameters of 150/70 ° С.

The heating and heat supply system is connected to the heating networks via a dependent one.

In the control unit there is a shutoff control valve of Danfoss company, a heat meter "Teplokom" to take into account heat, mud machines, instrumentation.

Pipelines of the control unit and heat supply systems are designed from steel electric welded straight-joint heat treated pipes as per GOST 1070491. Cover steel pipelines of the control unit with oil paint according to GOST 1050371 * in two layers according to the primer layer GF021 according to GOST 2512982 *.

KFLEX ST material as heat insulation of heat supply system pipelines.

Install pipelines in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 *.

Heating

Heat carrier in heating system superheated water with parameters 150/70 ° С.

A horizontal double-tube heating system with dead end movement of the coolant is designed in the parking areas of vehicles.

Steel registers made of smooth pipes are used as heating devices, and cast-iron section radiators MS140108 are used in domestic premises.

To control the heat removal of heating devices on supply pipelines, the installation of temperature controllers of the RTDN "Danfoss" type is provided; check valves of RLV "Danfoss" type are installed on the check valves.

Air is removed from the heating system through air outlet valves installed in the upper plugs of radiators and automatic air vents of WIND "Danfoss" type.

Heating system pipelines are designed from steel water and gas light pipes as per GOST 326275 *. Paint steel pipes with oil paint in two times according to primer GF021.

The heat insulation of the main pipelines of the heating system is KFLEX ST material.

Install the heating system pipelines in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 *.

Ramp heating is carried out by AVO "VEZA" air heating units installed at the level of the first floor.

Each AVO air heating unit is equipped with water air heater of VNV type, axial fan, air distributor and automatic system.

Smoke removal

In accordance with the current regulatory documents, in the event of a fire, smoke removal must be provided from the parking lot of vehicles and ramps.

The smoke removal system from the above-ground parking lot and ramp is designed.

Smoke is removed from the parking lot of the machines using roof smoke removal fans of the VRKV type, through open smoke removal valves of the KPD-4 type and smoke removal shafts.

The amount of smoke removed is determined by the appropriate calculation, the section of the mines and the equipment are selected.

Removal of smoke from the ramp is carried out using roof fans of the ramp from the upper part of the ramp volume.
