3 Main Design Solutions
3.1 External networks
The working design envisages construction of the distribution feeder line of 240V wire broadcasting, performed by BSM1 wire d = 3 mm, from the existing wire broadcasting rack on the roof of the adjacent building.
For the construction of the feeder line, PCII0.8 radio racks are installed on the roof of buildings * * * * * * * * * * and * * * * * * * * *.
The length of the designed feeder line for each case is 15 m.
The introduction of the radio broadcasting network into the designed building is carried out through a radio rack installed on the roof of the building. Typical arrangement of radio rack is presented on sheet 6. The radio strut is fixed on the roof using 4 braces. The architectural design shall provide embedded parts in the roof.
3.2 Wired Radio Subscriber Network
The working design provides for the construction of an in-house subscriber network of wired radio broadcasting with a voltage of 30V.
The radio broadcasting network is carried out by a PVZh 1x1.8 wire.
Subscriber outlets are connected by 2x1,2 PTPG wire.
On the technical floor of the building * * * * * * * * * 2 step-down transformers 240V/30V TAMU25 with a power of 25 W are installed.
On the ground floor, behind the suspended ceiling, * * * * * * * * * * * * * one reduction transformer 240V/30V TAMU10 with a power of 10 W is installed.
Total number of outlets of the city radio broadcasting network:
- for the building * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * - 61 pcs;
- for * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * - 1 pc.
For structural diagrams of the radio broadcasting network, see sheets 2 and 3.
Restriction and branching boxes are installed on the wall in the corridor behind the suspended ceilings. Cables are laid from the limiting box to the radiorosets without rupture (loop).
The wire of PVZh 1h1.8 is laid:
- in the corridor, in PVC pipe d = 16 mm. The cable route coincides with the cable route of low-current systems.
The 2x1,2 PTPZ wire is laid:
- in rooms and rooms with permanent stay of people in PVC pipe d = 16 mm, in the stroke.
Placement of equipment and laying of cables on floor plans are presented on sheets 8 - 12.
The cables of the radio transmission system shall be laid separately from other low-current cables on different sides of the partition tray, in different compartments of the duct or in different corrugated PVC pipes.
Radio sockets of an outdoor installation of RPV1, are installed at the height of 0.8 m from the level of a floor and at distance no more than 1 m from electric sockets.
Wiring diagrams of connections in a subscriber broadcasting box of POH2 and in a universal box of UK2P are submitted on sheets 5 and 6 respectively.
4 Lightning protection and grounding
According to "The instruction on the structure of lightning protection of buildings, constructions and industrial communications" a radio rack to ground CO15334.21.1222003 by connection of metalwork of a radio rack with the existing lightning protection contour of the building a steel wire of d=8mm. The current leads are rigidly fixed so as to exclude any break or loosening of the conductors under the influence of electrodynamic forces or accidental mechanical influences (for example, from a gust of wind or a fall of a snow bed). Minimize the number of conductor connections. Connect the elements using electrical welding.
Provide for the following electrical safety measures:
- connect all metal structures to the main conductor of the existing potential equalization system with a 6 mm2 PV3 wire;
- connect the electrical equipment enclosures to the protective zero conductor. Third cable cores for single phase network shall be used for grounding.
5 Safety and Health
Installation and repair works in electrical networks and devices (or near them), as well as work on connection and disconnection of wires should be carried out only when the voltage is removed.
The cables shall be laid and installed in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, OSTN-600-93, VSN 11687.
Placement of the designed equipment is made taking into account the current rules on health and safety.
The working design was carried out in accordance with the norms and regulations on safety, environmental and sanitary safety, explosions and fire safety.
The safety of maintenance of designed structures and labor protection are provided by the system of measures provided by the current regulatory and technical documents:
- The State System of Occupational Safety Standards (SSBT):
- Standards of the GOST 12.0.XXX series;
- Standards of the GOST 12.1.XXX series;
