Protective case of the main oil pipeline through the railway tracks

1. On the outer surface of the case, apply an anti-corrosion film insulating coating of reinforced type from polyethylene insulation tape "Polylen-40-LI-63 450x170" according to TU 2245-003-01297859-99 in 2 layers according to  the adhesive primer

NK-50 according to TU 5775-001-01297859-95. Outer wrapper adhesive polyethylene tape "Polylen OB 40-06-63"  

TU 2245-004-01297859-99 - 1 layer.  

2. Centering of the pipeline relative to the case is performed by installing the support-guide rings according to TU 1469-001-53597015-01.

3. When installing the support rings on the mounting surface of the pipeline, apply a layer of rubber-fabric wound material supplied with the support rings.

4. Sealing of the ends of the foulard is carried out by installing the cuffs of the PMTD according to TU 2531-002-53597015-01.

5. When installing the sealing cuff on the mounting surface of the pipeline and case, apply a layer of winding material supplied with the cuffs.

6. Fixing the cuff on the pipeline and case is carried out with tightening clamps supplied with cuffs.

7. Rubber cuffs on both ends of the case are protected with fiberglass shelter according to TU 5959-003-53597015-12.

8. The protective case is laid in the trench on a pre-prepared, planned and leveled base that does not contain sharp and hard inclusions that can damage the protective anti-corrosion coating. Backfilling the trench should be carried out with loosened soil with layer-by-layer compaction, also not containing solid and sharp inclusions.

9. * - Fiberglass, nut, bolt, washer are supplied complete with support-guide rings.
