Introduction

The thesis considers the project of the site for the maintenance and repair of telescopic self-propelled cranes at TredcomT LLC in Tiraspol. Analysis of the enterprise operation, organization of maintenance and repair of telescopic cranes, kinematic diagrams, requirements for telescopic cranes operation, types of faults was carried out. Calculation of indicators has been made. The technological process of maintenance and repair of telescopic booms has been developed. Process equipment is considered. Feasibility study given. Safety measures during works are given.

A patent review of the methods of maintenance and repair of telescopic booms of lifting machines has been made.

The crane operating equipment is used for all cargo handling operations. It includes an arrow, a bipedal post, a hook cage with a cargo hook or grapher, a system of polyspasts and steel ropes.

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that during the operation of the equipment it is necessary to regularly check the condition of rapidly wearing parts, monitor the level of wear of the gaskets, the gaps between them and the boom mechanism.

A self-propelled crane is a type of special equipment that is widely used in the installation of buildings and structures, road work and other operations that require the movement and lifting of goods to a large height.

As a result of studies and reviews, the main goals and objectives of the work can be distinguished.

The most common faults of crane mechanisms include: shaft misalignment; poor balancing of the brake pulley; improper assembly and wear of gear wheels of reduction gear box; brake slippage and failure; oil leakage from the reduction gear box; loosening of gear box attachment units; wear of running wheels; development of bushing-flange couplings.

The purpose of the work is to study and acquire practical skills in their application. Problems solved during the course of practice:

Study of issues of scientific organization of labor and production management, occupational safety and safety;

Acquisition of experience with process documentation.

To maintain the vehicle fleet in a technically serviceable condition, it is necessary to use complex technical means of maintenance, improve the technology and organization of work, sharply increase the labor productivity of repair workers, improve their skills and master related specialties. Costs and losses from downtime of faulty cars can be reduced by mechanizing and automating production processes, as well as improving the organization of production management.

Construction telescopic self-propelled cranes are designed for installation of building structures, repair work, loading and unloading of piece cargoes. Telescopic self-propelled cranes belong to cyclic lifting machines.

The mechanism drive of the designed crane is hydraulic. Currently, hydraulic drive is increasingly used in the mechanisms of lifting machines due to a number of advantages:

compact;

large overload capacity in terms of power and moment;

ability to transmit large moments and powers at small sizes and weight of hydraulic transmission;

possibility of reversing and frequent switching of movement speed;

remote control of the machine operation, control and automation of the working process using relatively simple means;

small moment of inertia of the mechanism, elements of which rotate with large accelerations;

possibility of simultaneous energy supply to several working mechanisms;

stable operation at any speed modes;

high wear resistance of drive elements;

high efficiency.

Enterprise Performance Analysis

"Treidcom-T" has been present in the automobile market of Moldova for more than 12 years. During this time, the company has established partnerships with many manufacturers of Western Europe, Turkey, Y. Korea and China.

The company was highly appreciated and supported by foreign manufacturers, seeing in it a high level of professionalism of employees and consistency in achieving the tasks set.

This was marked by the granting of official distributor status by MUTLU, Turkey (MUTLU and HALK batteries) in 2001, SK Corporation (SK Energy), Y. Korea, (ZIC oils and lubricants) in 2003, by FIL FILTER, Turkey (Filter 2004, FIL Filters) in January 2007.

From the very beginning, the company relied on high quality products at an affordable price. Therefore, all products offered by our company are manufactured using the latest technologies in accordance with world quality standards by factories that have quality certificates ISO 9001, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and are leaders in their field.

1.1 Characteristics of the enterprise

OOO "Company" TradcomT "for more than 20 years has been supplying components and equipment for the automobile fleet of Pridnestrovie, as well as providing services for its maintenance.

In 2000, the company received the exclusive right to sell in Moldova battery batteries MUTLU, the Turkish company MUTLU, whose service life reaches up to 10 years or more.

In 2003, the company received the right to sell Nankang car tires in Moldova to the Taiwanese NankangCorporationLtd. Since 2015, SUNWIDE, INVIC, UNIGRIP, SUNNY. The company's warehouses also have a large assortment of Belarusian, Russian and Chinese-made freight and agricultural tires.

In 2015 the line of oils was replenished with engine oils of the German producer markirheinol. The production, processing and products of the company meet the highest requirements of ACEA and API and are certified by the European quality control organization "Lloyd'sRegisterQualityAssuranse." The range of SwdRheinol oils is very diverse, it contains high-tech oils, technical liquids and lubricants, motor and transmission oils for cars and trucks, hydraulic oils, many oils of various viscosities with a variety of tolerances and properties, which allows you to best select oil for a particular car in various operating conditions.

In 2018, we began cooperation with the Turkish company NETEX on the supply of auto parts. There are auto parts for cars of the brands "AUDI," "VW," "DACIA," "SKODA," etc.

Also, since 2008, the company exclusively in the territory of Moldova sells tire assembly, lifting and other specialized equipment in the workshop of cars. It has its own tire workshops in Tiraspol and Bender for tire installation and repair of passenger cars, trucks and agricultural tires with a diameter of 12 to 56 inches (up to 2300 mm).

Since the beginning of 2019, a service service for the maintenance and repair of garage equipment has been organized.

Conclusion

In the thesis, the designed section for the maintenance and repair of telescopic self-propelled cranes at TredcomT LLC in Tiraspol was considered.

As a result of the goals and objectives set, the following were achieved:

- analysis of the enterprise operation; organization of maintenance and repair of telescopic cranes, kinematic diagrams, requirements for operation of telescopic cranes, types of faults.

- calculation of indicators; patent review of methods of maintenance and repair of telescopic booms of lifting machines.

The design part of the diploma project is performed in accordance with the task.

All calculations were made on the basis of the raw materials obtained during the pre-diploma practice at the base enterprise.

An analysis of the factory technological process was carried out, the positive experience of production was taken into account, the peculiarities of the organization of production were studied, the directions of changing the production process were determined taking into account the given conditions.

Substantiation of technical solutions in accordance with the standards of the AETPP and using regulatory technical and reference literature was carried out.

During the design of the technological process, the possibilities of mechanization and automation of production, improvement of organization and working conditions were investigated.

When planning the location of equipment in the area, it is assumed that it is located downstream of the process.

In general, it is expected to obtain a positive economic effect due to measures whose payback is expected within the regulatory period.
