Description
In his thesis, a project of a steelmaking shop was developed according to the project of the P.P. plant. P. Parkhomenko KMZ, analysis of workshop premises and equipment.
All calculations were made and, based on the results obtained, the location of the necessary equipment was designed. The total capacity is 15 thousand per year.
Modern equipment is located in all parts of the workshop. In the normalization department there are automated systems. Updated, comfortable furnaces are installed in the smelting department. The latest operations are carried out with the help of updated equipment in the thermoburb compartment.
In the labor protection department, the impact of harmful and dangerous substances of the plant was established and the lighting of the workshop was calculated.
In the Department of Ecology, emissions of harmful substances and general damage were revealed.
In the Department of Economics, the occupancy of the workshop, the remuneration of employees and the full profit are calculated.
