- for design of heating and ventilation during the cold period of year - temperature minus 27os-=83%-
- average temperature of the heating period - minus 4.3os-
- duration of heating period 207 days.

Heating and ventilation
General part
The project provides for heating and ventilation of the clinic
st. Rakhova, d. 280 of Saratov with calculated outside air parameters:
- for design of heating and ventilation during the cold period of year - temperature minus 27 wasps; j=83%;
- average temperature of the heating period - minus 4.3 wasps;
- duration of heating period 207 days.
The project is executed according to requirements Construction Norms and Regulations 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and conditioning", Construction Norms and Regulations 2.08.0291 * "Public buildings and constructions", "A grant on design of healthcare institutions" (to Construction Norms and Regulations 2.08.0289), Section I, SanPiN 2.1.3.137503 "Hygienic requirements to placement, the device, the equipment and operation of hospitals, maternity hospitals and other medical hospitals".
Heat supply is carried out from an autonomous heat generator in a dedicated room of the clinic (not developed in this project).
Heating system coolant - hot water with temperature of 8560 ° С.
Calculated internal air temperatures are accepted: operating, preoperative, manipulative, grafting room - (+ 22 ° C); in the offices of doctors, accountancy and bathrooms - (+ 20 ° C); in the remaining rooms - (+ 18 ° С).
Heating
The project has developed two heating systems. Heating system 1 - double-tube horizontal dead end. Heating system 2 - two-tube horizontal with associated coolant movement.
In the operating room, heating devices are designed - registers from smooth pipes, in other rooms - MANAUT aluminum radiators. Control valves with the exception of those installed in heat generator rooms, bathrooms, corridor and stairwell are installed on the devices. Air exhaust is provided through air valves on radiators and Mayevsky cranes on registers.
Pipelines of heating systems are accepted metal-plastic on fittings laid in the wall structure.
Ventilation
The ventilation is designed by the plenum with mechanical and natural motive.
In the offices of doctors and the room of the heat generator, ventilation is provided through opening framugs in the windows. The blocked rooms are provided with air overpressure from the corridor. Supply air distribution to operating and preoperative rooms is provided after bactericidal filter with cleaning class H11.
Air exchanges by spaces are summarized in Table 1.
Control of supply air temperature is provided by power regulators of electric heaters of supply systems.
Air ducts of systems B1, B2 after fans towards exhaust; P1 system to bactericidal filter; P2 systems passing in the corridor of the polyclinic are adopted from galvanized steel sheet according to GOST 1491880 * of class H (normal). The remaining ducts are flexible heat insulated sound absorbing SONODFS grades .
Measures to reduce noise from ventilation plants
In premises of policlinic the decrease in sound pressure levels to permissible values is reached by installation of noise suppressors on P1, P2 systems, in B1¸B4 systems and transit of P2 system the flexible heat-insulated sound-absorbing air ducts of the SONODFS brand .
Thermal andcorrosion protection measures
Galvanized air ducts in the ventilation chamber are isolated by mineral wool mats on a synthetic binder, 60 mm thick, the cover layer is fiberglass roll PCT.
Explosion and fire safety measures
Ducts passing through the warehouse must be hidden with ducts made of material with fire resistance rating of 0.5 h.
