Explanation of the Work Execution Project

This project for the performance of work was developed for the period of construction of a monolithic residential building at the address: M.O. Leninsky municipal district, Bulatnikovsky rural settlement, village Butovo.

1. Perform civil works in the following sequence:

0 cycle

Excavation of the pit for the hull and foundation of the tower crane, concreting of the foundation with the construction and concreting of the foundation of the tower crane, installation of the tower crane.

ABOVE GROUND PART

- erection of the above-ground part with a tower crane, concreting of walls and floors in the panel formwork.

- crane removal at construction completion.

2. The project adopts a floor-by-floor horizontal scheme of building erection, i.e. proceed to concreting of each subsequent floor after concrete gain of strength specified by the author of the project.

3. Storage of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures and products shall be performed at the storage site specified on the construction plan.

4. To provide the facility with reinforcement and reinforcement products, a reinforcement workshop is installed and equipped on the territory.

5. All operations shall be performed using two-way radio communication.

MEASURES FOR WORKS EXECUTION:

1. The following shall be performed by the tower crane prior to commencement of works:

install temporary fencing of the construction site in accordance with GOST 2340778 (as per PIC construction plan for the main period);

- perform lighting: at the places of loading and unloading works not less than 10 lux; installation horizon 30 lux;

- develop a pit for the hull and garage part with removal of soil outside the construction site;

- install an inventory fence along the contour of the pit;

- to descend people into the pit make a staircase with railing;

- make temporary roads with unloading platforms from road slabs and arrangement of vehicle wheels washing to drive vehicles;

- before commencement of works set the area of crane operation limitation by points 1-2-3-4-5 with "PTRECING" type instrument, in the area of operation at the storage site the crane operates with visual limitation of cargo lifting height to 5 meters.

- installation of power supply distribution cabinet in the area of tower crane installation;

- perform grounding of tower cranes;

- perform fencing of cranes;

- install control loads in the area of the tower crane;

- in the area of a/transport unloading at the storage site, install stands with sling diagrams and a table of weights;

- install safety signs along the border of the dangerous area of cranes and along the line of limitation of the crane service area, as well as along the line of the border of the dangerous area;

- when entering the construction site, install the vehicle speed limit sign and information board GOST 12.1.11482.

Zero Cycle Operations:

- passage of pit by grips;

- foundation slab concreting;

- concreting of wall and slab structures;

- concreting of underground part structures;

- waterproofing device;

- backfilling of basement walls;

Concrete for foundation slab and load-bearing structures is delivered to the object by concrete mixers and supplied to the place of laying by badge or concrete pump, formwork and reinforcement are supplied by crane.

2. Concreting of walls and slabs shall be performed by grips. Arrangement of formwork panels shall be carried out according to the project developed by the specialized organization. Concrete shall be supplied using a 1.8 m3 hopper (GOST 2180776),

3. Concreting of structures shall be carried out in compliance with operational quality control schemes (during concreting, reinforcement of walls, slabs), observing the strength control regulations.

4. Install the panel formwork in compliance with the production instructions.

5. Concreting of cast-in-situ structures shall be performed in compliance with the requirements of Job Instruction and general provisions for performance of works during erection of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structures. When concrete mixture is supplied to reinforced structures of slab, the height of concrete free discharge shall not exceed 1.0m. The concrete mixture is compacted by dipping the vibrator into the concrete layer vertically and slightly obliquely, while the end of the working part of the vibrator must be immersed in the previously laid layer for 510 cm. Contact of vibrators with fittings during operation is not allowed. Transformers, welders, vibrators shall be grounded and maintained in good condition. Move the loaded or empty hopper only when the gate is closed. Concrete shall be laid from the hopper by smooth opening of the gate and distribution of concrete into the formwork. It is forbidden to unload the whole mass of concrete in one place.

6. Concrete is accepted from scaffolding of panel formwork. To lift to the working scaffolds of the panel formwork, inventory stairs with railing are used.

Fire safety measures.

Fire safety at the construction site and work sites shall be ensured in accordance with the requirements of the "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation" PPB 0103 and "Fire Safety Rules for Welding and Other Fire Work at Facilities," approved by the State Unitary Enterprise of the Russian Federation and the requirements of GOST 12.1.00479. Responsibility for fire safety at the construction site and work areas, for compliance with the requirements of the "Rules...," for timely execution of fire prevention measures, ensuring and serviceable maintenance of fire fighting equipment is borne by the head of the construction site appointed by order of the company. The following shall be provided for this facility:

- place of works execution to be equipped with fire-fighting panels with

primary fire extinguishing equipment,

- water supply is provided from existing networks;

- type of heating of temporary buildings - electric heating;

-using existing fire hydrants

- storage of fuel and lubricants and gas cylinders at the construction site is not provided. Deliver as required according to process requirements,

-the place of fire works and installation of welding units and transformers must be cleaned from burned materials within a radius of at least 5 meters,

- Temporary domestic premises shall be equipped with automatic fire alarm with the output to the security station with round-the-clock duty.

Safe Handling Activities

Due to the constrained construction conditions, work should be carried out in stages taking into account the following measures:

1. Perform loading and unloading operations in a strictly assigned place, according to the construction plan,

2. deliver the cargo to the facility at the preliminary request of the foreman,

3. storage on site and cluttering of driveways is not allowed,

4. perform loading and unloading operations outside the visibility of the crane operator in the presence of a signal operator provided with radio communication with the crane operator,

5. Perform the valves unloading at the designated site as follows:

- the rafter rises to the vehicle platform, slings the bundle (according to the sling diagram), leaves the platform to a safe distance,

- commands the crane operator to lift the load to a height of 20-30cm above the sling site,

the rafter, convinced of the reliability of the sling, gives the command to the crane operator to lift the load to the mounting horizon.

6. During loading and unloading operations by crane

The following safety requirements must be observed:

- Work with lifting mechanism at the signal of slingshot.

- Stop operation immediately by "Stop" signal

regardless of who filed it.

- Lifting, lowering, load movement, braking at all

perform movements smoothly, without jerks.

- Make sure before lifting or lowering the load

- Build up and disengage the load after full

0.5 m higher than objects found in the path.

- It is necessary to lower the load to the intended and

prepared for it place on linings that provide stable

position of the load and ease of removal of slings from under it.

- Cargo slinging shall be performed in accordance with

slinging schemes, using removable load-gripping devices,

packagings and other means specified in the documentation for transportation of these

of goods. Used load-gripping devices and means shall

comply with the requirements of the Device Rules and safe

operation of lifting cranes.

- At loading and unloading sites distances between

vehicles for loading or unloading of goods shall be

not less than: 10 m - in the depth of the vehicle column and 1.5 m - in

unloading front; from the warehouse wall - not less than 0.5 m, from the load stack

not less than 1 m.

- Handling and transportation works,

produced using a crane, must be performed

under the supervision of the person responsible for safe work

cranes appointed by the order of the organization from among,

foremen, SMU1 LLC.

- Crane in operation shall be

have a plate indicating the registration number, carrying capacity,

date of the next technical inspection (partial or

complete).

- Do not allow crane, removable load-gripping devices and packagings, which have not passed the technical examination, to operate.

- Faulty removable load grippers as well as

devices that do not have tags (marks) should not be in

places of work execution.

- Not allowed to be in work areas

unmarked and damaged containers.

- Before the beginning of cargo handling, each cargo

shall be thoroughly inspected, test the filling devices

(hooks) of the load in accordance with the sling diagram.

- When unloading cargo "from wheels," vehicles stop, occupies parking mode.

7. Loading and unloading works shall be carried out in

in accordance with GOST 12.3.002, GOST 12.3.009, GOST 12.3.020, POT RM0079.

Material warehousing activities.

Cargo storage should be performed in compliance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.007, GOST 12.3.002, GOST 12.3.009, GOST 12.3.010, GOST 12.3.020, GOST 19433 ,

1. Warehousing of goods, materials in warehouses and loading and unloading sites shall be carried out in accordance with the technological layout, specifications for cargo and in compliance with the existing sanitary standards and fire regulations.

2. Materials, products, structures and equipment during storage on the construction site and workplaces shall be laid as follows:

brick in bags on pallets - no more than two tiers, in containers - one tier, without containers - no more than 1.7 m high;

lumber - in a stack, the height of which during ordinary laying is not more than half the width of the stack, and when laying in cages - not more than the width of the stack;

small-grade metal - in a rack with a height of not more than 1.5 m;

sanitary and ventilation units - in a stack with a height of not more than 2 m on liners and with gaskets;

large-sized and heavy-weight equipment and its parts - in one tier on linings;

glass in boxes and roll materials - vertically in 1 row on liners;

ferrous rolling metals (sheet steel, channels, I-beams, grade steel) - in a stack up to 1.5 m high on liners and with gaskets;

pipes up to 300 mm in diameter - in a stack up to 3 m high on liners and with gaskets with end stops,

pipes with a diameter of more than 300 mm - in a stack up to 3 m high in a seat without gaskets with end stops.

Storage of other materials, structures and products should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standards and technical specifications for them.

Between stacks (racks) in warehouses must be provided passages with a width of at least 1 m and passages, the width of which depends on the dimensions of vehicles and loading and unloading mechanisms serving the warehouse.

It is not allowed to lean (rest) materials and articles against fences, trees and elements of temporary and capital structures.

The surfaces of the material storage areas should be even, preferably with a solid coating without potholes and have a slope of not more than 5 °.

Covering the material storage areas shall be equivalent to covering the access roads to them. Surface (storm) water removal shall be provided from open storage sites.

In winter, material storage sites should be regularly cleaned of snow and ice, sprinkled with sand, ash or slag.
