1. INTRODUCTION.

This design of the complex of technical means of protection of buildings and structures is developed in accordance with the regulatory documents:

• NPB 882001 "Fire fighting and alarm units. Design Codes and Regulations "(as amended by No. 1 of 2003).

• Electrical Installation Rules (PUE).

• NPB11003 "List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment to be protected by automatic fire extinguishing units and automatic fire alarm."

• NPB 10403 "Design of fire warning systems in buildings and structures."

• NPB 10595 "Determination of categories of buildings and premises by explosion and fire hazard."

2. characteristic of the protected object.

The object is 2 (two) buildings:

- Main building;

- Garage building;

located on fenced territory.

The main building has a two-story brick building and consists of an administrative part and built-in garage boxes. The room has two flights of stairs, five garage boxes, two storey corridors and one main. There is one emergency (evacuation) exit in the room, not counting the gate in the garage boxes.

The main building has 48 administrative and economic buildings, according to the explication.

The stand-alone garage is a one-story brick building consisting of six rooms. There is no main exit in the garage building. There is one spare exit.

The height of the rooms does not exceed 3.5m, with the exception of the main building boxes (No. 40.41.46). Height of boxes-6m

The names of the premises are indicated in the explication on the general plan of the object and floor plans.

Rooms of buildings with suspended ceilings are equipped with fire alarms. Fire alarm loops located in the dam space are allocated to separate SGs.

The object does not have basements.

The layout of rooms, windows, doors and stairs is discussed in detail on the floor plans of the building attached to this project.

3. MAIN TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ADOPTED IN THE PROJECT.

Purpose of the system

The designed complex of technical security equipment (PSTC) of the facility is designed to:

to detect and record the occurrence of fire in the room;

for automated notification of people in case of fire at the facility;

to monitor the situation and prevent unauthorized entry into the facility and premises;

to maintain a log of events and write them to memory;

to control the performance of security services.

The PSTC provides the possibility to solve the following tasks:

protection of equipment and material assets in the building;

implementation of necessary measures to protect the life and health of persons in the premises of the building in case of emergency.

Short description of PSTC elements, proposed scheme and tactics of facility security

The PSTC installed structurally consists of several

related elements:

- security alarm system;

- fire alarm system (ATP);

- fire warning system for people;

- access control system (ACS).

Control and control of PSTC elements is performed at the security post (ground floor of the main building in the security room):

- from the device of acceptance and control PPKOP "Frontier 073";

- at the automated workstation of AWS "Intelligence"

For this purpose, PPKOP "Border-07-" is installed in the premises of the security post

3 "(BSP) and a computer with a set of programs of an automated workstation (AWS) configured in it.

PSK OP 010592501 "Frontier 073" monitors and controls all PSTC elements through connected line units (LB) and network devices (NS).

Using line units (LB), fire alarm loops (SH) are monitored and controlled.

Linear units LB06 carry out:

• reception of electrical alarm messages from detectors with normally closed contacts;

• monitoring of alarm loops serviceability with automatic detection of short circuit or bypass;

• transmission of signaling loops (SH) status information to the communication link (LS).

Each LB06 receives information from 4 (four) security SGs.

Linear units LB07 are designed for:

• reception of electrical alarm messages from automatic and manual fire detectors with normally closed and normally open contacts, from active fire detectors with non-contact action by two-wire SGs;

• SB serviceability check with automatic detection of a break and short circuit;

• transmission of information on the state of the FS to the communication line with the MSC.

Each LB07 receives information from 4 (four) SB firefighters.

The communication line of the LAN LB is laid in a linear-radial way with branches in the places of main line crossings along the vertical and horizontal lines .

Relay address unit BRA034 is used for:

• reception of control signals from the central processing unit;

• control of actuating actuators.

ARB has 4 (four) control outputs. In the designed system, this device controls the devices of the object warning system.

Redundant power supplies are designed for:

• 12V power supply to safety system consumers.

Power supplies have 1 (one) 12V or 24V power output. Power supply reserve of sources at loss of 220V network is performed using batteries installed in RIP compartments or in boxes.

The object alarm system consists structurally of 2 (two) elements:

- fire alarm;

- security alarm.

Fire alarm equipment shall equip all rooms except those with wet processes (bathrooms, bathrooms).

All rooms of the first floor of the main building, except San, are equipped with security alarms. nodes. All rooms of the second floor of the main building, excluding rooms No. 36,40,41,45,46 (according to the explication). And all the rooms of the garage building.

The fire warning system is equipped in all rooms of buildings and structures of the facility. The JI is activated automatically when the "Fire" message from the fire loops of the building is sent to the PPKOP.

The PSTC of the facility includes:

Automated workstation of AWS "Intelligence" -1;

Device for receiving and monitoring security and fire protection 010592501 "Border-07-3" BTsP1pc;

Fire alarm system-1;

Security alarm system-1;

Fire warning system-1.

3.1. Automatic fire alarm (ATP).

The facility's fire alarm system (FSS) includes 21 (21) loops (FSS) equipped with thermal (IP1033A2), smoke (IP2123SU) automatic fire detectors and manual fire detectors (IPR-I). Each SSS SSS operates in the 5-th mode provided by the instrument - combined with the output of a fire message to the PCCP by the operation of at least 2 detectors of one SSS. For ease of control, fire loops (zones) are combined into 3 (three) sections.

Thermal fire detectors are installed in domestic premises. The remaining rooms of the building are equipped with smoke detectors. Manual fire detectors are included in the corridor plumes of the floors. Flame detectors are installed in garage boxes.

Automatic fire detectors are installed on ceilings. The distances for the installation of detectors on the ceilings of rooms are provided (NPB 882001 section 12):

- for thermal - 5 m between ISP, 2.5 m from ISP to the wall;

- for smoke - 9m between ISP, 9.5m from ISP to the wall.

Manual fire detectors are installed on the walls near the evacuation exits from the floors or on stairways at an altitude of 1.5 m from the floor level.

Fire alarm loops are connected to contact pairs of LB07 line units.

Placement of equipment and laying of ATP lines are performed according to plans.

LB-07 (Comte. LAN pairs LB) are connected to the communication line with PPKOP "Frontier 0703."

- Announcer of thermal IP-103-31-A2

- Manual IPR-I detector

- Flame detector - 6 pcs

3.2. Fire warning (CO).

In the main building of the facility and the garage building, an alert system (CO) is installed

Type 2. Based on this, the following fire warning methods are provided:

- audible alert (SW) (automatically - in case of operation of at least 2 fire detectors in one SW);

- the light notification (LN) (automatically - at drawdown not less than 2 fire announcers in one SS Union of Right Forces).

Arrangement of equipment and laying of the mains of the containment and CO on the floors of the building was carried out according to the plans.

The sound alert is organized with the help of sound alerts "Svirel," 12V, 95dB, as well as sound alerts "AST10."

Light annunciators "BlikS12" ("Exit") are installed above the base

emergency exits from buildings and floors.

When one or several building fire alarm shafts are activated, a "Fire" notification is issued to the FP. BCP, in turn, forms and gives BRA034 team on turning on of the IU 14 relay through which contacts the power supply on the equipment is carried out WITH.

Components of the warning system equipment:

3.3. Facility Security Alarm System

The security alarm system of the facility is organized in accordance with the following decisions:

- The cabinet is a separate security area, which is blocked by one alarm loop;

- the security area, depending on the type of room and its location, controls the perimeter and volume;

- for ease of control, all security areas and alarm loops are combined into sections;

Based on this, security alarm loops (SIS) include security detectors of the following types:

- magnetic contact IO-102-2 (20) - opening of doors and windows;

- passive infrared detectors "ColtX," "Curtain" - room volume control;

- glass destruction control detectors "Glass 3" - window and door glass destruction control.

LSS of the object is represented by signal loops, in number - 41 (forty-one), combined in 3 sections, which are connected to contact pairs of loop inputs of 8 (eight) linear units LB06.

Arrangement of equipment and laying of LSS lines are performed taking into account technical data of instruments, most efficient operation and ease of installation.

3.4. Control of building technical systems in case of fire.

During operation of fire alarm loops of PSTC, in order to avoid fire aggravation, the power network and ventilation of buildings are disconnected. This system is designed on the basis of CVHV relay units isp.2 (2 channels, switching relay contacts, switching capability in 380V network and above, power supply to 12V input).

The system involves UKVK units No. 14, connected at four points of the object:

- electrical panel of the main body of the object (UKVK No. 1-3) - disconnection of technical systems of the main building units;

- electric panel of the garage building (UKVK No. 4) - disconnection of technical systems of buildings for economic purposes.

The system is designed as follows:

Control of UKVK relay units is performed through corresponding contacts BRA034.

3.5. Electrical discharge.

Electrical wiring of the object ISS lines is performed according to electrical diagrams and external wiring.

Storey highways are scrossed on storey crosses.

Communication line LB06 and LB07 is wired by cable UTP4.

The 12B power supply lines are wired by the WVP network wire 2 * 0.75 .

Distributing of loops of the fire alarm from LB to terminals is carried out by a cable with copper veins of KSPV 2h0.5.

Wiring of alarm loops from LB to terminal devices is performed by multicore cable with copper cores of KSPV 4 * 0.5 and KSPV 2 * 0.5.

The access control system loops are wired by the WVP network wire 2 * 0.5 .

All ISS main cable lines on the floors are laid hidden - behind suspended ceilings along the walls of corridors and passage rooms. In rooms and service rooms, fire alarm cables are laid hidden. All cable lines descending to detectors and warning devices are executed concealed - in cable channels.
