Work Instructions

1. Basic provisions.

1.1. This project was developed for the laying of external networks of water supply, storm and domestic sewage along the perimeter of the building for a multifunctional shopping complex located at 140 Warsaw Highway, Moscow.

1.2. Before commencing work, it is necessary to:

- set the signal fence;

- during the works the crane shall protect the walls of buildings falling into the hazardous area with wooden shields to a height of not less than 2.0 m.

- installation of information board, warning signs, signs and inscriptions for safe passage of workers and vehicles;

- in accordance with GOST 12.1.04685, when working in the dark, the lighting of the construction site should be at least 10 lx, and of workplaces - at least 30 lx.

1.3. Procedure of works execution:

- excavator JCB 3CX produces a passage of a trench with a depth of 4.0 m;

- trench fencing is installed;

- trench bottom is planned manually;

- installation of concrete preparation and monolithic foundation for pipe laying is performed;

- with BACM 1600 manipulator crane at flights R = 2.411 m with lifting capacity Q = 5.51.1 t, lay pipes in a trench in turn (connecting them in parallel with a bell) from the stands shown on sheets 2, 3;

- upon completion of works on laying and connection of pipes, fill the trench with soil using hinged bulldozer equipment of JCB 3CX excavator;

- seal the soil with vibration plate (layer by layer).

For the installation of the base for pipes, concrete is supplied by concrete mixers and supplied to the trench through trays.

Perform installation and communication works as follows:

- passage of trench;

- preparation of concrete base;

- arrangement of monolithic base for pipes;

- arrangement of external networks (water supply, heating system, see Sheet 1 of the project);

- filling and compaction of trenches.

1.4. Fire safety measures at the construction site are decided by installing fire stations with the required fire fighting equipment in accordance with the "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation" PPB 0103 * * (bagel, scrap, shovel, ax, buckets, sand boxes, water barrel), as well as installing sound alarm means (bell, siren) to send a fire alarm. Fire hydrants on the city water line shall be cleaned and marked with signs (plate on the rack h = 1.2 m) with bright oil paint. The telephone number of the nearest fire department must be posted in the foreman's room.

1.5. Perform all works in strict compliance with the rules and requirements:

- SNiP 3.01.0185 * "Organization of construction production";

- SNiP 12032001 "Occupational safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements ";

- SNiP 12042002 "Occupational safety in construction. Part 2. Construction production ";"

Safety Guidelines for Excavator Commissioning

1. During excavator operation follow the following rules:

- only trained, instructed and authorized persons over 18 years of age with certificates can maintain and drive earth-moving vehicles;

- perform maintenance and repair only by trained specialists,

- before each commissioning of the excavator, check visually possible external defects and eliminate them;

- check strength of reinforcement of all screens and protective devices;

- check serviceability of all showing and monitoring devices, as well as control;

- cockpit window windows shall be clean to ensure good visibility;

- Make sure that no one is in the machine work area before starting.

2. Safety instructions for operation.

The excavator driver shall comply with the following requirements:

- operation manual must be stored in the driver's cockpit and always at hand;

- going up and down, use handrails. Do not hold on to the control console or maintenance handle;

- do not jump off the machine, use steps;

- work only sitting and not leaving the seats while the excavator is in motion;

- no one is allowed to land on the excavator;

- not to transport persons using working equipment;

- maintain a safe distance to the protrusions, slopes and edges;

- Avoid working movements that may cause the excavator to overturn;

- if it is not possible to monitor the operation of the working equipment from the cockpit, then a signal assistant should be installed. It shall be located outside the hazardous area;

- do not pass along slopes in transverse direction;

- before leaving the seat put the working equipment on the ground, set all control levers to "0," turn off the excavator engine;

- when leaving the seat, ensure that the excavator cannot be accidentally moved and used by unauthorized persons.

Occupational safety, environmental and fire safety requirements

1. To organize safe work on the construction site, by order of the construction organization, appoint persons responsible for the safe performance of work on the movement of goods by cranes from among the ITRs certified under Art. 9.4.4 PB 1038200 "Rules" of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia, 2000.

2. By order of the construction organization, to appoint those responsible for recording and inspection of SHZP and containers, to appoint rafters .

Crane and sling workers to hand out an extract from the specification of lifted loads. These instructions should be familiarized with the "painting" of crane workers, rafters, ITR. Every day, before starting work with crane operators and slingers, instruct at the workplace on the safe performance of work with recording of the result of the instruction in the "Log of instruction at the workplace" and "Watch log of the crane operator."

Those newly recruited must undergo induction training with an entry in the "Safety Induction Log."

3. The hazardous area lines shall be marked on the ground with safety signs No. 1, 2, 3 as per GOST 12.4.05989. At night, signs must be well illuminated (for example, red bulbs with a voltage of not more than 42 V).

4. When lifting to the machine and stack for building up and descending to the ground after building up the element, an attachment ladder, N = 2.0 m, arch. No. 3294.21.22 TsNIIOMTP shall be used.

5. Perform loading and unloading operations in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2125080, GOST 12.3.00276 and SNiP 12032001.

Installation equipment for temporary fixation and alignment of structures shall meet the requirements of GOST 24.2.5980.

The scavenging means ensuring the work performance shall meet the requirements of SNiP 12032001, GOST 2732197, GOST 2425888, GOST 2801289, GOST 2688786.

6. It is strictly forbidden to find people under the goods being moved by the crane. When lifting and moving the elements of the command, the crane operator is served by one person - the responsible slingshot appointed by the order of the construction organization. "STOP" command is given by any employee who has noticed danger.

7. When installing the fence structures, the installers should be outside the contour of the installed structure from the side opposite to their supply by the crane. Disassembly of mounted elements should be performed only after their reliable temporary or permanent fixation.

8. When organizing work in the dark or in darkened places, lighting of workplaces should be provided at least 30 lux, and the construction site should be at least 10 lux in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.01.04685.

9. Installation and operation of the manipulator crane in the protective zone of power transmission lines or at a distance closer than 30 m from the extreme wire of the power transmission line or air electric network with a voltage of more than 42 V can be carried out only by interfacing, determining the safe conditions of such work and under the direct supervision of an ITR person, appointed by order of the construction organization responsible for the safe performance of work by cranes and with written permission (only for the power line protection zone) of the line owner organization. At the same time, the bodies of lifting machines must be grounded using a portable grounding conductor.

Installation and operation of the manipulator valve directly under the active power transmission lines of any voltage is prohibited.

In the crane operator's track sheet there shall be a record (stamp) of the crane owner on the prohibition of the crane installation and operation in the power line protection area or at least 30 m from the extreme wire without work permit

The boundary of the power line protection zone and the boundary of the power line hazardous zone must be indicated by signs according to GOST 12.4.02676 * "Signal and safety colors."

10. The installation of cranes above the existing underground communications is coordinated with the operating organization, and if necessary, the design check of the carrying capacity of these communications for crane load is carried out and technical solutions in the PPM are developed to ensure the safety of these communications.

11. The crane operator shall, without bringing 1 m to the warning sign, stop the cargo, then move it to the place where the cargo is installed with repeated short inclusions, bringing it at a minimum speed.

12. When performing works, be guided by the following requirements:

Requirements for cargo slinging

1. Selection of load-gripping devices is made taking into account dimensions and masses of gated elements.

2. The load-gripping devices shall have a manufacturer's mark or a firmly attached tag indicating the inventory number, carrying capacity and test date.

3. Sling of elements must be performed with slings with closing devices on hooks. Hang unused sling branches on a hinged link.

4. Angle between sling branches must be not more than 90 ° (diagonally).

5. During slinging, sling hooks must be directed from the center of the load.

6. Methods of slinging structural elements should ensure their supply to the installation site in the position close to the design one.

7. During slinging of elements with sharp ribs by the method of binding, it is necessary to install inventory rockers between the element ribs and the rope, which protect the rope from rubbing.

8. Goods for which no sling schemes have been developed shall be built and moved in the presence and under the supervision of the person responsible for the safe handling of goods by cranes.

9. Prior to the commencement of construction and installation works, these diagrams should be familiarized with the details of crane operators and rafters.
