The project provides for the use of electricity for heating

(electric heaters with total installed power of 3.70 kW).

Power supply.

In accordance with item 4.2 of the technical conditions, power supply of the trade pavilion is carried out from op. No. 10 VL0.38 kV from TP48.

In accordance with item 4.1 of the specification in the area from op. No. 9 to op. No. 10 of the existing VL-0.38 of kV from TP48 in addition to suspend two wires of A16 brand.

From the support No. 10 VL0.38 kV to the entrance to the trade pavilion, perform from-branching with APV wires 4 (1x16), with a total length of 6 m (4 m of the line be laid by the overhead line method, 2 m - entry through the pipe rack to the designed circuit breaker installed on the pavilion facade). Refer to drawing 92.04EL1 for the supply network plan.

On the facade of the trade pavilion, install automatic switch (QF) of AP50B 3MT grade, with combined release 16 A. Mount the circuit breaker in a metal box with a degree of protection of at least IP 54.

From the QF circuit breaker to the designed metering board, route the feed line with NYM 5x4 cable. The cable is open along the wall in the metal box.

The section of wires and cables is selected by the long-term permissible load current and checked by voltage deviations at consumers, protection actuation conditions at single-phase short-circuit currents.

Electrical equipment and lighting.

To receive and distribute power in the trade pavilion, install a switchgear board with electrical network protection devices, a protective shutdown device (RCD) and an electric power meter (see drawing 92.04EL4).

The installation location of the switchboard is determined by the customer.

To connect domestic electric receivers, refrigeration equipment and electric heaters in the premises of the trade pavilion, install single-phase sockets with grounding contacts. Socket sockets must have a device that automatically closes the socket sockets when the plug is removed.

In the premises of the trade pavilion, general lighting is provided with lighting fixtures with incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps.

Lighting of premises is adopted in accordance with SNiP 23.0595 and

SP 311102003.

The height of the installation from the floor level is accepted:

- up to switches - 0.81 m;

- up to sockets - 0.3 m;

- to the shield of the shield - 2 m to the top; to the counter - 1.7 m.

Power grids inside the shopping pavilion are made with NYM cables.

Cable laid open on walls and ceilings in plastic boxes. Protect cable passages through walls with steel pipes.

The cable sections are selected according to long-term permissible load currents, according to the conditions of protection against DC currents. and overloads, and checked for voltage losses.

Voltage losses from the shield to the most remote electric receiver are - 0.71%.

Electrical safety.

Electrical networks with TNCS grounding system are accepted in the design.

To ensure the electrical safety of people during the operation of power grids and electrical installations, the project provides for:

- three-wire system of electric networks inside the trade pavilion for connection of single-phase electric receivers;

- installation of protective shutdown devices with actuation current

30 mA;

- repeated grounding of the zero wire at the entrance to the trade pavilion;

- repeated grounding of zero wire on support No. 10 VL0.38 kV;

- connection of metal non-current-carrying parts of electrical installations and wiring (shield housing, household electric receivers, lighting fixtures, etc.) to protective conductors PE (special cable cores).

After separation, the zero operating conductor shall not be connected to the PE protection conductors.

Electrical receivers are connected to protective conductors through grounding contacts of plug sockets. If several outlets are supplied from one group line, branch of protective conductor PE to each outlet should be performed only in branch boxes. Serial connection of grounding contacts of sockets to the protective conductor is not allowed.

The design provides for laying a three-wire network (L, N, PE) to the lamps.

Re-grounding of the zero wire at the entrance to the trade pavilion shall be performed in accordance with drawing 92.04EL5. The resistance of the grounding device shall not exceed 10 ohms. Soil resistivity (loam) - 100 Ohm· m.

Re-grounding of zero wire on support No. 10 VL0.38 kV must be completed in accordance with drawing 92.04EL6. The resistance of the grounding device must be not more than 30 ohms. Soil resistivity (loam) - 100 Ohm· m.

Potential equalization system.

At the entry into the building in accordance with item 7.1.87 of PUE, perform the potential equalization system by combining the following conductive parts (see drawing 92.04EL5):

-PEN of the power supply conductor;

-metallic pipes of utilities included in the building (if any);

-metallic box of QF circuit breaker;

- pipe struts;

- metal structures of the building;

-a ground conductor connected to the ground device.

Use the PE bus of the switchboard as the main grounding bus (the bus must be copper).

Organization of electric energy accounting.

The accounting of consumption of electric energy is carried out by the three-phase electronic multitariff counter of the electric power of CE 2727, 550 A, class of accuracy 1.0. The counter is installed in the shield of the SHU trade pavilion.

Installation and operation of the power metering device is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the PUE and the manufacturer's instructions.

The project provides for the installation on the facade of the trade pavilion of the automatic circuit breaker (QF) of the brand AP50B 3MT, with a combined release 16 A, which operates when the power consumption increases above the agreed value.

The project provides for the use of electricity for heating

(electric heaters with total installed power of 3.70 kW).

Installation of electrical installations, wiring,

Grounding.

Installation of electrical installations, wiring, grounding shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 50571.1597, SNiP 3.05.0685, type. pr. 5.40711, PUE, PTEEP,, "Recommendations for the power supply of individual residential buildings, cottages, country (garden) houses and other private structures" 1996

When performing works, the requirements of SNiP 120399 "Labor Safety in Construction" shall be complied with.

Construction and installation works in the protection area of the current VL of 0.38kV shall be carried out under the supervision of the works manufacturer with written permission and work permit of the operating organization.

After installation of grounding devices, measure their co-resistances before backfilling. If the resistance value of the grounding device is more than 10 Ohm and 30 Ohm, respectively, then clog the additional electrodes by connecting them to each other with a strip of 4x40 mm and with the grounding electrodes laid earlier.

Installation of grounding devices, hidden wiring is subject to acceptance with preparation of concealed works certificates.

Organization of operation of electrical installations.

The limit of the balance of ownership and operational responsibility between the power supply organization and the consumer is established by the corresponding act.

The boundary of the balance sheet is located on the loops of the branch connection to the trade pavilion to op. No. 10 VL0.38 kV from TP48.

Thus, TP48 and VL0.38 kV are on the balance of the power supply organization; on the balance of the consumer - a branch from op. No. 10 VL0.38 kV to the entrance to the trade pavilion, QF circuit breaker, shield, all internal electrical networks.

The operational responsibility limit is located on the upper input terminals of the circuit breaker (QF) installed on the facade of the trade pavilion (subject to the conclusion of a service contract between the power supply organization and the consumer).

VL fire safety is ensured by the use of non-combustible structures, automatic disconnection of short-circuit currents.

In order to ensure the safety of the overhead line, create normal operating conditions for it and prevent accidents along VL0.38 kV, a protection zone is established on both sides of the line from the extreme wires at a distance of 2 m.

Operation of internal electrical networks and electroreceivers is carried out by the owner of the trade pavilion with observance of requirements of PUE, interindustry rules for labor protection (safety rule) at operation of the RD 15334.03.15000 P M0162001 SWEAT electroinstallations and maintenance instructions of electric equipment.

When performing works, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP 120399 "Labor Safety in Construction" and "Safety Rules for the Construction of Power Transmission Lines and Electrical Installation" (RD34.03.258-97), paying special attention to the organization of safe work in the protective areas of existing electrical installations.
