Description
The power supply is made for a voltage of 400/230V with a TN-C-S grounding system with working (N) and neutral protective (PE) conductors.
The cabinets are floor-standing and wall-mounted, with a degree of protection that meets the conditions of the environment, but not less than IP31. In all designed switchboards, a 25% reserve of circuit breakers is provided, but not less than 1.
The switchboards are equipped with input three-pole load switches and single-pole or three-pole circuit breakers on outgoing lines with protection against overloads and short circuits, manufactured by the EKF company.
Process equipment is controlled from control panels, push-button posts included in the equipment set on site.
All cable lines in buildings are made with flame-retardant cables, with low gas and smoke emissions, with the fifth earthing conductor, with copper conductors of VVGng(A)-LS brand, power lines for fire-fighting systems, emergency power supply systems and emergency lighting - with fire-resistant cables of VVGng(A)-FRLS brand.
Cables are laid:
- in technical rooms - openly along the walls, on metal structures or metal trays;
- in corridors - on cable trays openly along the walls and ceilings;
- Redundant cables, fire-fighting systems and emergency power supply cables are laid separately from other cables or through a partition in trays.
Cables laid in places of possible mechanical damage should be protected with steel pipes.
Cable passages through walls, partitions and ceilings should be made in sections of steel pipes. After laying cables, seal the gaps in the pipes with non-combustible and easily punchable material in accordance with SNiP 3.05.06-85.
To supply the socket network, single and double plug sockets are adopted in wet rooms with
IP44 degree of protection, IP20 in domestic premises. All plug sockets are designed with a grounding contact.
The project provides for working, emergency (evacuation and safety) and repair lighting.
Indoor lighting standards were adopted on the instructions of technologists and in accordance with SP 52.133330.2011 "Natural and artificial lighting".
The types of luminaires and their number are selected in accordance with the specified illumination and characteristics of the premises, as well as in accordance with the lighting characteristics of the luminaires.
Working uniform lighting is provided in all rooms.
In the premises of class P-IIa, equipment with a degree of protection of at least IP44 is used.
The control of lamps in the building is local.
