Office building power supply project

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

1. General data

The internal power supply design of the office building is based on the following documents:

• Architectural and construction drawings of the facility

• Client's Terms of Reference

• Process Equipment Passports and Specifications

• Rules and regulations

Mains voltage 380/220V.

Power supply of electrical equipment, instruments, lighting fixtures is provided by TNCS system (PE conductor - protective ground) at voltage of power networks 380 V, group 220 V.

Category of reliability of power supply II.

The project has been executed in accordance with the current Rules and Regulations.

The building power supply working drawings are based on architectural and construction drawings provided by the Customer.

The arrangement and loads of the used equipment are made on the basis of the technical passports for them and the general task of the Customer. All technical solutions shall be agreed with Owner.

2. Introductory switchgear.

As the introduction switchgear, the introduction switchgear VRO8805 of the cabinet type located in the basement on the staircase is adopted. For distribution of electric energy the project provided ShchR1ShchR6 switchboards. Degree of protection of boards ShchR1ShchR4 - IP-31, ShchR5, ShchR6 - IP54.

All protection, control and safety devices must have certificates of conformity and are securely fixed in the cavity of the boards (boxes).

3. Electricity accounting.

Electric power metering is performed by Mercury electronic meter 230 ART03 CN, 380V, 5-7.5A, cl. - 1.0 connected to the grid through current transformers TK0.66 Ktr = 150/5 .

4. Distribution network.

Power distribution and group networks are made hidden by IWGng LS cable in PVC corrugated pipes in the wall bars under the layer of plaster and behind suspended ceilings (degree of flammability of NG materials).

5. Lighting.

The project provides for general lighting, emergency (duty) and evacuation lighting of the store.

Lighting of retail office premises, halls, corridors, staircases is carried out by lamps with luminescent lamps.

Lighting of cafes, household premises is carried out by lamps with incandescent lamps. The degree of protection of lamps installed on external walls, in the boiler room, in the ventilation room is IP54. Degree of protection of other IP20 lamps.

Evacuation lighting is performed by lamps with built-in storage batteries.

Illumination calculation is performed for regulated illumination parameters according to SNiP 23-05-95 *:

The power of the lamps, the height of the suspension of the lamps is indicated on the plans.

6. Electrical safety measures

To reduce the probability of possible electric shock, the following measures are provided:

1. Arrangement of potential equalization system.

2. Device of protective grounding device at the entrance to the building.

3. Grounding of stationary and portable electrical receivers of class 1 by electrical safety by connection to protective conductor of grounding.

4. Use of equipment, lamps, etc. with the necessary degree of protection.

5. Use of cable products with certificates of conformity of the Russian Federation.

6. Use of safety shutdown devices, if necessary.

7. Fire fighting measures.

Fire safety of the facility operation is ensured by:

1. Use of equipment with the required degree of protection

2. Execution of wiring by cables with dual PVC insulation (not supporting combustion), which have a certificate of compliance with the Russian Federation.

3. Grounding of electrical equipment and electric receivers.

4. Automatic disconnection of short circuit currents and leakage currents by protection devices.
