Main project indicators: Ru = 14.9 kW, Pp = 9.7 kW, Ip = 15.3 A, Cosf = 0.96. The electrical design is based on the architectural and construction part of the project. According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electric receivers of a residential building belong to category III. The main consumers of electricity are electric receivers of household appliances and lighting. The design provides working (220V) lighting. Calculation of lighting is performed by light flux. The types of lamps, their number and the power of the lamps are indicated on the plans. Connection of a house is provided by the self-bearing isolated wire SIP2A 3х16+1х25 from the existing VLI of 0.38 kV without violation of isolation and cutting of veins. For reception and metering of electric power on the facade of the housing, a unit for measurement and protection of BIZ 3f with an introductory three-pole circuit breaker for 50A and a three-phase active electric power meter-Mercury-230AM-01 3x220380V 5 (50) A. To distribute electricity in a residential building, a lighting board of the KMPN brand for 26 modules is installed. All SW groups are protected by RCD (ΔI = 30mA). Group lighting network is performed by cable of VBGngLS brand hidden under plaster; hidden in vinyl plastic pipes along the riser. According to the burned structures, the cable should be laid according to the plaster chart with a thickness of at least 10 mm with subsequent plastering. The height of the installation above the level of the clean floor: - sockets - 0.3 m; - switches - 1.0 m; - curtain boards 1.9m to the top of the panel from the floor level; -lighting device and bathroom outlet should be located in zone 3 not closer than 0.6 m from the bath edge; the height of the socket installation is 1.8 m from the floor level. To ensure the safety of residents from electric shock, all metal non-current-carrying parts of electrical equipment and metal structures of the electrical installation to be occupied are connected to the zero protective conductor of the network. Do not connect zero operating and zero protective conductors on the panel for one clamp. The project provides the main potential equalization system, which is carried out by connecting by wire PV3 1x10mm square meters. of all metal pipes of communications, metal structures of the building with width PE 1ChO. An additional system of potential equalization is made in the bathroom by connecting baths, sinks, washes, shower cabins, metal pipelines, door frames by wire PV3 1x4 to the PE bus bar of the group panel. Lightning protection is performed in accordance with the recommendations of SO 153-34-21.122-2003. The grounding circuit shall be made with three vertical electrodes L50x5, l = 3m connected by strip 40x4, l = 10m. The distance between the electrodes is not less than 5 m. Lay the grounding loop under the pavement of the building at a depth of not less than 0.5 m. The resistance of the grounding loop is not more than 4 Ohm. As a lightning receptor, a metal cable d = 6 mm stretched at a height of 2.5 m from the roof skate is used. The current collector in the amount of 1 pc shall be made with steel d = 8 mm, along the roof over the waterproofing, and lowered along the walls of the building at a distance of at least 3 m from the entrances. Protection against high-potential drift through underground communications shall be performed by connecting them at the entrance to the building to the ground conductor for protection against direct lightning strikes. To attach a contour of grounding of lightning protection a strip 40х4 to GZS (PE tire) of SO. Grounding devices for lightning protection and protective grounding of the electrical installation of the building are combined. Erection works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of PUE, PTB, PTE, SNiP 3.05.06-85. This project complies with the current norms and rules and provides for measures to ensure explosion safety and fire safety of the building during operation.
