Introduction

The Sibay branch of the Uchalinsky mining and processing plant is a mining enterprise for the extraction and enrichment of copper ores of the Sibay copper-plated deposit, which is located in the southern Urals and administratively enters the city limits of Sibay.

The area of ​ ​ the Sibaysky copper-pegged deposit is composed of volcanogenic - sedimentary rocks of the Karamalyzhskaya, Ulutau, Karatau, Kultuban svit of the middle and upper Devonian.

In tectonic terms, all the above listed retinues make up a rather powerful Sibai fold of asymmetric addition.

From above, the area of ​ ​ the deposit is almost everywhere covered with a thickness of diluvial deposits with a thickness of 5 to 12 m, on which eluvial clays with a thickness of 2 to 20 m lie.

Bashkir Copper-Sulfur Plant is a mining enterprise for the extraction and enrichment of copper ores of the Sibay copper-plated deposit. In 1998, it was transformed into the Bashkir Copper and Sulfur Plant Open Joint-Stock Company and registered with the executive committee of the city Council of People's Deputies of the city of Sibay.

Bashkir Copper and Sulfur Plant OJSC is located in the Southern Urals, and administratively in the city limits of Sibay, Republic of Bashkortostan.

The nearest large settlements of the district are: the city of Baymak (located 30 kilometers to the south-west) and the city of Magnitogorsk (located 100 kilometers to the north-east of the plant).

The climate of the BMSK OJSC region is sharply continental, the average annual air temperature is 2.4 ° C, with an annual fluctuation from + 39 ° C to 41 ° C. The duration of the snow cover is 137 days, winds of southern and southwestern directions prevail. The average annual wind speed is 5.5 m/s. The highest wind speed, the probability of which exceeds 5%, is 9 m/s. The depth of freezing of soils is about 2.2 meters.

Economically, the area of ​ ​ BMSK OJSC is characterized mainly by a highly developed mining (mining and processing) industry.

Power supply of the district is provided from LEP110 kV Magnitogorsk - Sibay. The Khudolaz River flows 7 kilometers east of the plant, and the Karagaili River (Ural River Basin) flows slightly north.

The city and BMSK OJSC are supplied with drinking water from an underground spring located in the area of ​ ​ the Bolshoi Kizil River (located at a distance of 18 kilometers from the city of Sibay), and technical water from a reservoir created on the Khudolaz River.

SF OJSC UGOK receives electricity from the Sibaysky electric networks (SES) of Bashkirenergo via a 110 kV double-circuit power transmission from substation No. 90 of the city of Magnitogorsk of the Chelyabinsk system.

Conclusion

In this diploma project, power supply was calculated and electrical equipment of the instrumentation laboratory and power plant A of OAO SF UGOK was selected.

For this purpose, electrical loads were calculated, according to which TM-100/6 transformer was selected

Lines have been calculated for power supply to all consumers. All sections are checked for permissible voltage loss, economic current density and thermal resistance to short circuit currents.

During the work on the diploma, practical skills were gained in the selection of cable lines and equipment.

In the explanatory note for the selection of high-voltage and low-voltage equipment, all short-circuit parameters are calculated, and calculations of the grounding device are also given.

The economic part contains calculations of the cost of equipment, materials and electricity, the wage fund, and cost.

During my thesis project, I learned to work with technical documentation, drawings and supporting literature.

Drawings have been drawn to complete the graphics part tasks.
