Introduction

Beach is an integral recreation area on coastal areas.

The beach is an accumulative formation representing the lithodynamic area of the movement of sediments of sand-pebble fractions on the coastal slope, the profile of the surface and the shape of the relief of which depend on the morphology and hydrological features of the reservoir.

Beaches are formed and developed due to sediments, the sources of which are cliff erosion products or degrading coastal forms, solid river runoff.

There are natural and artificial beaches; marine, river, lake, specialized (medical).

Nature has created many natural beaches, where human intervention is limited to ennobling and equipping them with equipment. However, as a result of changes in natural conditions, as well as anthropogenic activities, existing temporarily stable forms of coastal formation are disrupted and often the beaches are completely destroyed or undergo significant changes.

Beaches are significantly transformed due to anthropogenic activities. These circumstances determine the need to protect existing beaches and create artificial ones.

Artificial sea beaches are diverse. On the shores with insufficient inflow of sediment, imported crushed stone or sand is poured and protected from entrainment by long-range currents of buns; use artificial beaches washed with land, not protected by hydraulic structures. On steep rocky shores, concrete platforms equipped with stairs for descending and leaving the water are used for swimming.

3. Planning solution

The planning solution provides for all the above areas.

Bathing area. This area is represented as a water area for bathing adults and children. Buoys with flags in 25 m are accepted as identification marks on the reservoir. The design distance from the water edge to the buoys is 60 m, while the maximum permissible distance is 75 m.

Children's area. This area is a water area for children, highlighted by buoys at a distance of 25 meters from the border of the beach. In this zone there are playgrounds, entertainment devices in the form of a water slide and acrobatic trampolines.

Lounge. The beach is equipped with sunbeds, tents, umbrellas to protect against the sun; We install urns, showers, toilets, leg washes, fountains with drinking water, changing cabs.

On the territory of the beach no further than 10 m from the water every 25 m we put up shields with rescue circles hung on them, rescue towers at a distance of 150200 m from each other.

The recreation area shall be provided with drinking water that meets the requirements of GOST 287482.

3 beach entrances and 2 canopies.

Sports area. On this territory there is only one beach volleyball court measuring 26 by 18, with an area of 468m2.

Green areas. Green spaces play a significant role in creating optimal microclimatic conditions on the beaches. They protect the beach from buildings, reduce dust content, protect against wind and sand drifts, and at the same time are generators of additional oxygen and natural aerariums for receiving air baths.

Service area. There are canopies with sports equipment, toilets, showers, drinking fountains. The service area is combined with the recreation area and the green areas. This area also includes the beach pavilion, which includes administrative and commercial premises, a first-aid post, warehouses, toilets and showers, office premises serving the recreational area of the beach, and shops.

The number of changing cabins, shower units, drinking fountains, toilets and urns shall comply with the requirements of SNiP 117179. So, based on SNiPa, the number of toilets should be provided for 1 for 75 people and according to the project is 16 pcs. 6 of which are located in the beach pavilion, and 10 in the service area, showers - 1 for 75 people, in the amount of 16 pcs, 6 - in the pavilion, 100 - in the service area, washing the legs - 1 for 50 people they are represented in the form of ten blocks of 2 pcs in the service area, drinking fountains - 1 per 100 people - 12 pcs., according to the project - 6 pcs. - in the service area, ballot boxes - 1 for 50 people, with a pitch of 4050 m not closer than 10 m from the water edge - 20 pcs., according to the design - 17 pcs., changing cabins - 1 for 50 people 20 pcs., According to the project - 4 pcs., Located in the recreation area.
