Description
Roller device for manual bending of pipes of a certain size during installation of machines and mechanisms. After plate 1 is fixed in prepared place (foundation), pipe 4 is pulled between rollers (5), one end of which is clamped stationary. Rollers - bending on pin 2 and rolling on axis 6 are fixed in fork 7 with the help of nuts 8. Besides, the pin has still fixed connection with the plate. Moving the handle 3 pressed into the fork to the side opposite to the pipe clamp will bend the pipe to the desired position. Parts of items 2, 5 and 6 are made of 40X steel GOST 4543-71, part of item 1 - of steel 08 GOST 1050-88, part of item 4 from steel 10 GOST 1050-88, parts of items 3 and 7 - of steel 9XVG GOST 5950-2000. The standard product is a part of assembly unit: a nut of M20x1.5-6H of GOST 5915-70 - 6 pieces
