General part

This work execution project was developed for the installation of internal pipelines of the facility: "Administrative building" HULL B "basement" "at the address: Moscow region. Odincovskiy district, Zhukovka village, Ilyinsky entrance d.2, p. 3, p. 4

The main standards and guidelines used in the development:

- SNiP 12032001 "Occupational safety in construction," Part 1.

- SNiP 12042002 "Occupational safety in construction," part 2.

- SNiP 5.02.0286 "Construction Tool Demand Standards."

- SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning."

- SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal sanitary and technical systems."

- PPB0103 "Fire safety rules in the Russian Federation." (GPS EMERCOM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION).

Assign:

- the person responsible for the safe execution of works.

The project provides the following work execution sequence:

- drilling of holes in slabs for pipelines passage;

- dismantling of temporary pipelines and heating system equipment, transfer of heat station equipment;

- installation of pipelines of heating, sewerage, cold and hot water supply systems;

All work is carried out inside the building

Date and time of works execution shall be agreed with the premises owner.

Process sequence of works execution

2.1 drilling of holes in slabs for pipelines passage.

Places of passage through the floors shall be made according to the attached and approved scheme.

Drilling of holes in concrete floors is carried out using diamond cutting technology using specialized equipment.

Diamond drilling (drilling) is carried out with water supply to the cutting zone - for cooling of the working surface and removal of sludge from the cutting zone. Water removal, manufactured by an industrial vacuum cleaner or using a protective apron made of polyethylene film.

To prevent damage to structures, materials and equipment, in the event of a fall of the "bolts," a protective fence of plywood shields is provided.

Work is carried out by qualified specialists, in compliance with all labor safety rules.

2.2 dismantling of temporary pipelines and heating system equipment, transfer of heat station equipment;

Perform operations according to the attached and approved diagram, which indicates the pipelines to be dismantled.

Pipe cutting shall be carried out with the help of a Bulgarian (UHM), in compliance with fire safety requirements.

Use a protective sheet of metal or plywood to prevent sparks from entering the equipment and materials.

For ease of operation, the ITP equipment is transferred from the basement to room No. 109 of the first floor located in the same building.

Before transportation, to avoid damage to the structures of walls, equipment and materials located on the site, disassemble the unit into separate components.

2.3 installation of heating, sewerage, cold and hot water supply pipelines;

HEATING SYSTEM PIPELINES T1 T2

The works shall be performed according to the attached and approved scheme.

For laying of heating pipelines use steel pipes GGP Du50, wall thickness 3.5 mm GOST 326275. For insulation of pipes use thermal insulation hoses Vidoflex based on synthetic rubber, with a wall thickness of 13 mm.

Before installation, coordinate the elevations with representatives of the local operation service.

Pipe connection shall be performed by electric welding method, in compliance with fire safety requirements. To reduce the risk of damage and ignition of equipment and materials, welding of individual pipeline elements should be carried out outside the premises of the basement of the building.

A separate sleeve is provided for each pipe in the places of passage through the floor

Install Steel Ball Cranes Danfoss JiPFF (065N0325) at tie-in point to main piping

Provide bleed valves in horizontal section of pipelines.

PIPELINES OF K1 SEWERAGE SYSTEM.

The works shall be performed according to the attached and approved scheme.

For laying of heating pipelines use non-pressurized pipes NVC f110 and 50 mm, with bell type of connection.

Before installation, coordinate the elevations with representatives of the local operation service.

A check valve shall be provided at the connection point to the common system.

A separate sleeve is provided for each pipe in the places of passage through the floor

PIPELINES OF HOT AND COLD WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS B1, T3, T4

The works shall be performed according to the attached and approved scheme.

For piping B1, T3, T4 use polypropylene pipes PN20 reinforced with glass fiber. For insulation of pipes use thermal insulation hoses Vidoflex based on synthetic rubber, with a wall thickness of 13 mm.

Before installation, coordinate the elevations with representatives of the local operation service.

Polypropylene parts are connected using polyphuse welding, welding using electrophytings and butt welding, in compliance with fire safety requirements.

Provide bleed valves in horizontal section of pipelines.

A cold water counter is installed in room No. 107, the first floor of the building.

A separate sleeve is provided for each pipe in the places of passage through the floor

2.4 Leak test of pipelines.

After installation of pipelines of systems B1, T1, T2, T3,T4 to make their test for tightness by a hydraulic method.

Tests shall be carried out in the presence of representatives of the operating organization as well as representatives of the owner of the basement premises.

Upon completion of works, the parties shall sign the HYDRAULIC TEST CERTIFICATE.
