Roofing overhaul project at: completed on the basis of:

Copies of materials from the technical passport for this building;

Volume 3 Technical Survey Report;

Required measurements;

Photofixation materials.

The roof was examined in January 2019 by LLC specialists in accordance with GOST 319372011 "Buildings and structures. Rules for Survey and Monitoring of Technical Condition "and SP 131022003" Rules for Survey of Structural Structures of Buildings and Structures. " The purpose of the survey was to determine the technical condition of the roof of the building, identify defects and damage that occurred during operation, determine the causes of the occurrence and measures to eliminate these defects and damage, form a conclusion of the survey with recommendations to eliminate the identified defects and damage during the development of working documentation.

Main stages of working documentation development:

1. Preparatory work. Includes gathering the necessary information about the object as a whole. At this stage, the materials of the technical passport were studied. After studying the available documents, the following information was obtained:

data on the dimensions of the building, dimensions of the premises (plans);

building structure data (materials).

Visual and instrumental examination. During the examination, actual dimensions of the roof of the building, dimensions between spans and sections of structures, as well as defects in elements and assemblies admitted during the design, manufacture, transportation, installation and appeared during operation were determined. Tools and instruments used in the survey:

- plumbs for measurement of deviation or displacement from vertical ;

- metal roulettes 3 and 10 m long as per GOST 750289 - for measurement of linear dimensions ;

- digital camera for fixing defects of building structures. Photography is performed.

3. Preparation of roofing survey report of building 03303/19OB Volume 3 with formation of conclusions and recommendations for development of detailed documentation.

4. Development of working documentation for roof overhaul.

1.3 Heat Engineering Calculation

For optimal selection of insulation thickness three points of determination of thermal resistance of roof structure, R1, R2, R3 (from lowest to highest point) are taken.

Heat engineering calculation assumes an average calculation of thermal resistance at the point R2 (see graphic part, sheet 4, section 1-1). The thermal resistance of the points R1, R3 is calculated accordingly and indicated below and in the graphic part of sheet 4, section 1-1.

Heat engineering calculation was performed in accordance with SP 50.13330.2012 "Thermal protection of buildings" and SP 131.13330.2012 "Construction climatology."

1.3.8 Output

The design is calculated taking into account the requirements of SP 50.13330.2012 "Thermal protection of buildings" and SP 131.13330.2012 "Construction climatology."

Thickness of heat insulation layer Mineral wool board BATTS B:

for point R2 is 150 mm.

for point R1 is 180 mm.

for point R3 is 200 mm.

In accordance with the calculation:

The design meets the requirement for thermal protection.

The design meets the sanitary and hygienic requirement.

The design does not require additional measures to protect against overwetting.

1.6. Environmental protection

During construction and installation works, production wastes are generated at the facility, which can be the cause of environmental pollution. In accordance with the requirements of section 10 "Environmental protection" of SP 48.13330.2011, it is necessary to carry out measures to prevent pollution and gas pollution in the building and in the adjacent territory .

To this end, a site for storing production waste should be provided on the adjacent territory, which should be taken to disposal sites. After completion of construction works, the site area should be carefully cleaned of garbage and production waste. Measures to ensure environmental protection are additionally provided in section 6 of the detailed documentation "Work Organization Project"

Introduction

Roofing overhaul organization project is performed on the basis of:

The project was implemented in compliance with the existing norms and rules of explosion and fire safety, the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic standards in force in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensures safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the draft.

6.2 Characteristics of construction conditions

The construction site belongs to the II climatic area, construction subdistrict IIB (SP 131.13330.2012).

The estimated winter outside air temperature of the coldest five days with a security of 0.92 minus 24 degrees Celsius.

Standard wind speed head for the II wind area - 30 kgf/m2;

Design snow load for the III snow area - 180 kgf/m2;

The average temperature of the hottest month plus 18.3 degrees Celsius.

The average temperature of the coldest month is minus 6.45 degrees Celsius.

The heating period is 213 days.

The object is located on a flat plot in the central part of the courtyard territory, remote from residential buildings, has its own, fenced territory and three possible entrances to it. Entry gates are existing. Overhaul is carried out on the territory of the facility within the boundaries of the site. Land removal is not required.

Overhaul area with well-developed infrastructure and dense residential development.

The area has an extensive network of paved courtyard roads, providing access to the facility at any time of the year. Existing roads are used to deliver materials, structures, products, semi-finished products to the overhaul site.

During construction and installation works at the entrance to the site, the person responsible for the organization of construction and installation works at the site, appointed by the order of the contracting organization, controls the construction materials delivered to the site.

6.3 Information on possible use of local labour

The overhaul site is located in St. Petersburg. Contractor's work, ITR and material and technical base will be involved in the performance of works.

Contractor's personnel shall have the qualification level established in the organization by type of work. Delivery of workers to the work site is carried out both by the transport of the contracting organization and by its own forces. The organization of temporary buildings and structures for the temporary residence of workers on the site is not required. Household places for workers are provided in the existing building in agreement with the Customer .

6.4 Basic Provisions for Organization of Construction and Installation Works

Overhaul is carried out in the existing building without resettlement with a working mode from 9:00 to 18:00. Weekend work shall be agreed with Owner.

The present construction organization project takes into account all the necessary solutions for the organization of construction production and technology of construction and installation works. No additional development of the WDP is required for major repairs .

The project provides for the replacement of roof cake, with the replacement of sewage risers, the replacement of metal parapets, overhangs and hoods of ventilation shafts, as well as the restoration of the protective layer of the concrete column in the gym with subsequent plastering and painting.

The procedure provides for five periods of their execution:

- Preparatory period;

- Disassembly of roof cake;

- Installation of roof cake;

- Arrangement of junctions and separate units;

- Completion period.

6.4.1 Preparatory period

During construction and installation works, a large role is assigned to the preparation and execution of works:

During the preparatory period, it is necessary to carry out works that ensure normal conditions for construction and installation works, warehousing and transportation operations.

Perform operations after the object is put into operation.

Prior to commencement of works, prepare the construction site:

- for roof repair work, install temporary fencing of the construction site, which determines the boundaries of hazardous areas with signal belts, in accordance with GOST 2340787;

- provide safety measures at operation at altitude more than 1.8 m: availability of safety belts;

- provide measures for the organization of domestic workplaces .

Prior to the start of works on roofing carpet dismantling perform works on protection against atmospheric precipitation of building ceiling after removal of old roof .

Machines and mechanisms shall be installed in accordance with the developed methods of work;

Provide the construction site with water from existing water supply networks, electricity from existing power supply networks at home, communications - cellular.

Install temporary lighting in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.046 85 "SSBT. Construction. Lighting standards for construction sites "on mobile racks. Illumination of workplaces shall be not less than 30 lux.

Equip storage sites for building materials and structures in accordance with the requirements of PPB0103 "Fire Safety Rules in the Russian Federation," ensure protection of the new material from possible atmospheric precipitation.

Lower construction debris in bags or other containers. When removing the roofing, it is allowed to lower the old material to the designated places, protected from ingress of unauthorized people into the danger zone. Dumping garbage from the upper floors without a garbage duct or containers is prohibited. Equip garbage storage areas.

For safety purposes: prepare fire extinguishing equipment, instruct with marks in the TB log.

All necessary preparatory measures must be carried out before the start of work: the necessary sites and premises are transferred, warning fences and inscriptions are put up, interested persons are notified. Execution of basic works is permitted provided that the construction site is sufficiently prepared.

The Contractor's responsible person authorized by the Contractor's order shall organize and coordinate the construction site with the Owner.

6.4.2 Disassembly of roof cake

Work to repair the roof with grips, taking into account the weather conditions of the work, in order to reduce the time of impact on the structures of atmospheric precipitation. It is forbidden to do work in a thunderstorm, or in heavy rain.

During the works it is necessary to provide protection of exposed areas of the roof against possible atmospheric precipitation by means of coating of polyethylene film or any other covering material with organization of temporary slope for atmospheric precipitation runoff. It is possible to use canopies on a wooden frame made in place. Protection of open areas shall be reliably fixed on the roof and ensure stability in case of wind gusts up to 15 m/s.

When disassembling the roofing, remove all materials from the roof and store them in designated places, remove construction debris as they accumulate.

Do not remove existing communication antennas.

Disassembly works shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SP 70.13330.2012 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures," SNiP12042002 "Labor safety in construction" part 2, para. 4.

6.5 Quality Control

The organization of quality control of repair works should be carried out at all stages of the work, according to SP 70.13330.2012, updated revision of SNiP 3.03.0187 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures," SP 71.13330.2017 "Insulation and finishing coatings."

Materials, semi-finished products, structural elements coming to the construction site must comply with the design (working drawings), current GOST and standards, and structures for which GOST and norms are absent - technical instructions for manufacture.

When storing, transporting and storing materials, it is necessary to protect them from long-term atmospheric effects .

The following documents shall be presented during acceptance of mounted structures: certificates for structural elements issued by the manufacturer, certificates for used materials, working drawings with application of all deviations from the design on them, admitted during installation and agreed with the design organization, acts for hidden works. Acceptance of completed roofs shall be accompanied by a thorough inspection of their surface, and at the places of adjoining the projecting parts of the buildings. Quality control of construction and installation works shall be carried out continuously throughout the construction period for all types of works in accordance with the roofing work process sheet and the corresponding completion and acceptance certificates.

6.6 List of types of works to be inspected

In the process of overhaul of the roof, acts of inspection of hidden works are drawn up, in particular:

Certificate of inspection of hidden works No. 1 - base cutting by primer of slab;

Act of inspection of hidden works No. 2 - laying of steam insulation layer;

Concealed Works Inspection Certificate No. 3 - Thermal Insulation Layer Arrangement;

Concealed Works Inspection Certificate No. 4 - geotextile separation layer arrangement;

Certificate of Inspection of Hidden Works No. 5 - arrangement of sloping layer made of expanded clay;

Certificate of Inspection of Hidden Works No. 6 - installation of reinforced cement cloth bracing;

Certificate of inspection of hidden works No. 7 - arrangement of the first waterproofing layer of EPP;
