Overhaul of the roof of a residential building

The working project  "Overhaul of the roof of residential building No. 45 in the 3rd microdistrict of Karatau,  Talas district"    was developed on the basis of:

- defective act;

- Design tasks.

   Natural and climatic conditions in the construction area:

-  Building and climatic subdistrict of the district  -  IVA

      Estimated winter outdoor temperature for the calculation of enclosing structures:

-   the temperature of the coldest five-day week -                            -         26 ° C  

- wind region  III, the magnitude of the  high-speed wind                      head -   0.73 kPa  

-  snow cover weight  (normative)                             -   50 kg/m²

-  Seismicity of the construction                area  -   7 points    

-  Degree of fire resistance - II

-  Level of responsibility - II

                              1. Measures for the overhaul of the roof.

            The project provides for the following works:

The roof according to the volumetric solution is attic of a separate structure of complex shape with a roof of galvanized profiled sheets   (NS35-1000-0.7)  on wooden structures with an external unorganized drain.

The material of rafters, racks and other roof elements is pine of the 2nd category with a humidity of not more than 20% GOST 24454-80.

The structural system is adopted truss, with rafters resting on the mauerlat in the cornice part and on the run in the middle. The run rests on the racks. The stability of the structure is ensured by the installation of connecting struts in the longitudinal direction and struts and tightening in the transverse direction.

                2.  Anti-corrosion measures and fire  protection.

          Anti-corrosion measures of structures are adopted in accordance with SNiP RK 2.01-19-2004      "Protection of building structures from corrosion."

         Fire prevention measures were taken in accordance with the SNiP RK 2.02-05-2009  "Fire safety of buildings and structures".
