Cottage village on the banks of the river

The village "Volga expanse" for 180 inhabitants is located in the Volga region of the Astrakhan region. In my opinion, a striped or linear structure fits most successfully into my terrain, since the village is stretched along the sandy bank of the Volga River. You can check into the village from a nearby highway. When entering, we are greeted by a public center with parking, in which various shops and entertainment structures are located. At the entrance zone there is a small space with benches. Then there is a branch into several roads passing to residential buildings. The houses are made in the same style as the community center. They are designed for 5 people. Each house has a sauna, garage, veranda, terrace and homestead. Houses are remote from the main highway and fenced off by a large forest. There are several public spaces in the village: a square with a fountain and shops, a quiet, landscaped place with shops and gazebos. There is also a sports area, including a football field, 2 basketball courts and 1 tennis. Since the village has access to the reservoir, a pier is organized on it, on which you can rent a yacht, boat or catamaran to ride along the river, go fishing or just relax. Near the pier is a sandy beach. A large number of trees and shrubs are located on the entire area of ​ ​ the village. The village is designed for a certain number of inhabitants, but also has the opportunity to expand residential development in the event of the development of the village.
