Introduction

The first attempts to begin gasification of the Altai Territory were made from the late 1960s. 1991 became a starting point, it was from this year that the detailed design and construction of gas distribution networks began, and the creation of a construction complex for gasification of the Altai Territory with natural gas. In the process of general work, business relations were strengthened and improved between various participants in the gasification program - customers, design institutes, contractors and subcontractors. In 1992, a working project for the construction of the first stage of the Novosibirsk-Barnaul gas pipeline was approved. And on December 14, 1995, in the presence of a representative delegation of RAO Gazprom, a blue torch was lit on the territory of a tire plant in Barnaul - natural gas came to the territory of the Altai Territory .

By 1996, there were already three gas distribution stations (GRS) in the city of Barnaul, in the Talmensky district, and in 1998 more 4 were added - in Pervomaisky, Talmensky, Pavlovsky districts, the city of Barnaul. This allowed the gasification of the new territories of the region to begin. In 1999, natural gas gasification received a new impetus - OJSC Vostokgazprom came to the region. In August of the same year, together with the regional administration, its subsidiary, OJSC Altaigazprom, was created.

Since September 1, 1999, the administration of the Altai Territory transferred to Altaigazprom OJSC the functions of a single customer for the design and construction of natural gas gasification facilities in the Altai Territory.

From 1999 to 2007, the Barnaul-Biysk-Gorno-Altaysk gas pipeline with a branch to Belokurikha was laid in the region, and in 20082012m distribution networks were actively built in the area of the existing gas pipe and final consumers were connected to natural gas. This allowed gasification of about a third of the region's territory, and the most populous: the large cities of Barnaul, Biysk, Novoaltaysk, Belokurikha and 65 settlements in thirteen districts, as well as the Turquoise Katun tourist recreation zone and the future Siberian Coin gambling zone.

The next stage is gasification of the southwestern regions of the region. A preliminary agreement has already been reached with Gazprom on the start of the construction of a gas pipeline. Gazprom will send about 60 billion rubles to the development of gas supply and gasification of the Altai Territory in 20212025. In five years, the company will build 600 km of gas pipelines with three gas distribution stations to Rebrikha, as well as Rubtsovsk and Slavgorod.

In addition, inter-village gas pipelines will appear in the region for gasification of Yarovoy and 21 settlements in Altai, Zonalny, and Kosikhinsky districts.

For the first time, gasification of the Rebrikhinsky, Topchikhinsky, Tyumen and Tselinny districts is expected. More recently, four new settlements appeared on the gasification map of the Altai Territory: Krasny Yar and Shulginka of the Sovetsky District, as well as the village of Tochilnoye and the village of Kirovsky, Smolensk District. At the same time, as part of the dogasification program, gas will be supplied to 103 thousand households. Thus, by the end of 2022, the level of gasification of the region will be almost doubled, to 26 percent.

Earthworks

Preparatory earthworks include:

breakdown and fixing of picket, geodetic breakdown of horizontal and vertical turning angles, marking of construction strip;

clearing the construction strip from the forest and shrub, stumps; removal and storage of a fertile layer of land in specially designated places;

building strip layout, boulder cleaning, arrangement of shelves on slopes;

arrangement of protective enclosures ensuring safety of works performance, installation of external lighting facilities.

Breakdown of the main gas pipeline route. The intersection of the gas pipeline route by the railway is fixed by special signs that are installed on the axis of the pipeline route. The boundaries of the construction strip are indicated by well-defined signs: in the open area - hangers installed simultaneously with picket signs, etc. Picket signs along the entire length of the gas pipeline construction strip are installed after 100 m. For their easy detection, they must have a bright color and an appropriate height of at least 2 m.

The construction strip is planned in order to ensure stable technically and technologically and technologically defined operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment, vehicles and their maintenance personnel when performing the entire complex of construction and installation and special construction works for laying the linear part of the main gas pipelines carried out in various natural and climatic conditions.

In conditions of open (unbalanced) medium-mild terrain (growing ravines), digging and slopes, as well as rock soils (their exits to the day surface), the layout of the construction strip is reduced to the layout of a microrelief with geodetic control of the quality of planning work only on the trench digging strip (path for passage of a rotary excavator). Cleaning of boulders and stones is carried out before the start of planning.

The gas pipeline route is cleared within the boundaries of the construction strip established by the project after the customer receives a special permit - a timber ticket (warrant).

Each breaking point shall be protected by protective fences of the installed model. A located on transport and pedestrian tracks, in addition, be equipped with red position lamps, corresponding temporary road signs and information boards with directions of detour and bypass, agreed with the traffic police.

If fragments of ancient buildings and structures, archaeological antiquities and other objects that may be of historical or scientific interest are discovered during earthworks, the work should be suspended and called to the place of representatives of the NPC for the protection of historical and cultural monuments, the Department of Culture of the administration bodies

The organization performing the work shall provide cleaning of the construction site area and the five-meter adjacent area. Household and construction garbage should be taken out in a timely manner and in accordance with the procedure established by the local government

Organization of construction and installation works

2.1 Scheduling

Calendar plans in construction include all planning documents, in which on the basis of the volumes of construction and installation work and the adopted organizational and technological decisions, the sequence and timing of construction are determined. In accordance with the construction planning plans, support scheduling plans are developed - a schedule for the need for work personnel and material and technical resources .

The site work schedule consists of two parts: left calculation and right graphic; hence such plans are called schedules. The graphical part of the schedule is executed in the form of linear, networks or cyclograms.

Conclusion

In carrying out this project, I learned a lot of new knowledge in the field of organization and technology of providence installation of an underground gas pipeline.

As a result of the course project, I calculated the volume of earthworks, selected earth-moving and earth-moving vehicles, mounting devices and mechanisms. Calculation of economic indicators, calculation of labor costs and work schedule, as well as a process plan for the construction of a gas pipeline with a length of 5300 m was drawn up.

The construction of the gas pipeline section was carried out in 25 days.
