The course design consists of two sheets of graphic material (two sheets of A1 format) and an explanatory note on 23 sheets of A4.

The explanatory note consists of 23 sheets, 9 tables and 2 figures.

Object of study: structural development of all parts of the building according to the specified planning scheme.

The purpose of the work is to develop a project according to the issued design nomenclature for this project.

Development methods: analysis of normative, reference, educational literature, structural development of the building, design of the plot plan .

The results obtained: a project on a given topic has been developed.

Degree of implementation: The training project is not subject to implementation.

Efficiency: acquisition of skills in designing low-rise residential buildings from small-sized elements.

Scope: can be used in a diploma project.

Introduction

Nowadays, attention to low-rise construction is rapidly increasing despite the massive construction of multi-storey residential buildings, since this development is characterized by a low density of the residential background, which is now relevant for rural or suburban areas .

In addition, the construction of low-rise residential buildings is now being carried out as one of the priority areas of modern domestic government policy. This is due to the fact that in connection with the improvement of the housing quality indicator, national projects began to be implemented in the Russian Federation, as a result of which housing problems began to be solved quite quickly, as well as demographic problems, that is, a large number of young families appeared who needed living space. As a result of such changes in society, people began to show more and more interest in construction, and in particular in low-rise, as moods, desires and opportunities to build their own house appeared.

Thus, it became necessary to design and build newer, more attractive and more technically modern houses, with a set of functions necessary to meet the needs of society.

The nature of the future dwelling should correspond to the level of development of society, and therefore is determined by economic, climatic, ethnographic and other conditions.

The main task in the design of a dwelling is to take into account the requirements imposed on it by the family and each of its members separately. Therefore, even at the stage of the project task, it is necessary to clarify all the wishes made by the customer and try to give the future house a special individuality that emphasizes the characters and inner world of future residents.

The ability to skillfully use the built-up area opens up in the future good prospects for the development of low-rise construction, precisely as an individual one that determines the interests, orders and traditions of tenants .

And that is why houses with homesteads are now widely distributed.

For the construction of low-rise residential buildings, it is recommended to use lightweight structures and cheap local building materials, which allows reducing the time for the introduction of buildings, using simple mechanization methods that make it easier to organize construction, using the personal labor of future residents. All this compensates for the increase in price associated with a decrease in building density and an increase in the number of engineering communications and improvement.

In my opinion, low-rise construction of technically equipped residential buildings emphasizing the individual qualities of residents is just beginning to gain experience. And the advantage and disadvantage at the same time is that during construction cheap materials made from industrial waste are used and do not have the characteristics that are inherent in higher-quality but expensive materials. But, perhaps, in the near future, thanks to scientific and technical progress and the undeniable development of low-rise construction, new, more advanced materials will be created in all respects.

In conclusion, I would like to note that the relevance and novelty of low-rise construction lies in its coincidence with the desires and opportunities of society, which at any time dictates its rules and always speaks of what it needs.
